The price is excellent. They are competitive with others offering the levels of care. They are a wonderful value. Mom loves the food there and I have had one meal there and it was delicious. They have done a wonderful job of accommodating her special diet. The care she gets is excellent. They are very open to whatever she needs done.

In regards to the management, they have been helpful. They have shown us the ropes. Anything we need to learn they have taught us. They have been very cooperative and we have no complaints. The shrimp and grits were delicious. The servers were great; sweet as they could be. I know my mother enjoys the happy hours and getting to know the people. The maintenance staff is very cooperative and attentive. We have had a good experience with the Forum and we hope that it stays at the same level. It is just very nice.

I chose this community for my mom because my father-in-law was there in the skilled nursing area and we had prior experience with them. Cecilia in management has gone above and beyond her job description and has been extremely helpful. My mom loves the food and is really pleased with it. According to mom the activities are good. Housekeeping and laundry have been good and the maintenance guy is good too. It's not cheap but it's not overly expensive and mom gets her food, happy hour and it's a very fair deal. This place is 100% occupied and it's a happy feeling with lots of different people there and a well-rounded group.

We chose the community for Mom because they had a tremendous amount of activities, it is safe facility, the people made us feel warm and welcome; we liked the amenities and the apartments were lovely and spacious. We have eaten there and my mom loves the food. The service is always really good. The variety of activities offered is great. There is something for everyone there. They have a lot of outings as well. I think it is a great value for the type of service you receive and the incredible setting. I feel safe with my mom there. All in all, it has been a great experience.

My daughter brought me here, she's a nurse and does case management so she knows all the places where people go to retire and she brought me to several places. When we came here, Cecelia was showing us around and the room looked out into the trees, I was just so enchanted by the room that I thought I wanted to live here. The food is just wonderful, it's very nutritious and they have exercise activities and game playing, and just getting together activities. I definitely feel safe and very comfortable; it's a really nice place.

I chose this community because it was convenient to where my home was and I liked that it was in the same neighborhood. The price is just about right and management is thoughtful and they look after me. I feel like I can talk to anyone at this community. The food is fantastic and this community offers a lot of activities. The cleaning and laundry has been excellent and maintenance is always willing to help me with anything I need. I complained about some ants in my bedroom and maintenance had someone here the next morning spraying and cleaning. They got right on it. The inside of the building is perfect and there are no odors. I think the care has been perfect. I am very pleased. They come in and check on me and bring me food and anything that I need.

My parents chose this community because it was referred to us. The price here is fair and the management is all informed, friendly and receptive. You bring them an issue in the morning and they have it solved by lunch. They are excellent. The food is excellent. The food is well prepared and fresh. The outings this community offers are fine and there are no issues with the housekeeping. Maintenance did a TV installation basically without being asked. They did it the next day without any issues. The building is excellent. It is perfect. I cannot emphasize enough how good the people are here. They are the friendliest, most concerned people. They are remarkable people. I could not be happier. They are happy, friendly and in a good mood. I feel lucky to have found this community. The people are what make this community. Everybody from the top down tries very hard and are genuinely great people.

It's got a good reputation. I know people who have loved ones there, and they've been happy with the service. The person who helped me, Celia, was helpful in getting everything immediately taken care of. The people at the front desk were very nice, they're helpful. The person who runs maintenance was helpful in getting things ready for us. They've been wonderful about cleaning her room. The lady that's cleaning her room is very nice. They do her laundry. It's renovated, and it's clean, bright and pleasant. My mother is paying less than her last place, and that is a relief for her.

It is a top notch facility. They have good food, the accommodations are great, and Lisa is a family friend. The food is great. My mother enjoys it very much. The servers are pleasant. Housekeeping has been fantastic. Kevin, in maintenance, has been terrific. She absolutely loves Eddie, the driver. Everyone there has been so pleasant to my mother and it is a very good facility.
