Fountain View Village

The management team has just been incredible. The staff are personable and the program director is amazing. I like the fact that we're encouraged to be apart of the planning and even the menu planning. The community is very engaging and they listen to the residents

I am satisfied with the services, accommodations and I think it's a good value for where the community is at. The doctor comes in once a week and does an excellent job with keeping me up to date on any medications. Any time I've had to call maintenance services, they have been good. The building is in good shape with the outdoors being well kept. When the cleaning person leaves, it looks like it should, and the caregivers do the laundry once a week. They have a full time activity person who works really hard to keep everyone doing the activities, and they have a number of them available. Management is very good at getting back to me or in coming up with ideas. Overall, she feels safe and comfortable.

Management has been so accommodating, gracious, and wonderful. Whenever I have asked for something, the caregivers have been right there to do it. They seem to be very accommodating. They have a ton of activities. Everything with housekeeping is fine. Her apartment is beautiful, and it over looks the courtyard. The building is also beautiful. I am just really pleased with everything.

They have been very accommodating, my mother has been there for nine years now. I think the value we are getting is very good. The size of the apartment is bigger than most in the area. There is always something going on for activities. The housekeeping is good and consistent. The transportation is the best and always has been. The drivers are very accommodating and it is a great service they offer. I would recommend it because of the value.

The staff in the dining area are very accommodating. The laundry is very good. I go once a week and everything seems to be fine there. His room is just wonderful and the other rooms are good there too. The care givers do take good care of him and the medtechs are very good.

The transportation services do a really good job. All you have to do is go up to the concierge, sign in on their sheet, and they're ready to work with you. The maintenance does a great job. I'm there daily, and I go straight to maintenance, and things get done right that day. The activities are fabulous. The Activities Director makes sure that everybody is included. She goes out of her way. I've watched them and they're having a ball. I've shopped a dozen other places, and, as far as I'm concerned, this place is top notch. She loves Fountain View Village.

As far as senior living comminuties, the management seems to have a handle on what is needed. They really care about issues, and if you bring something up to them, they take care of it right away. My mom's apartment is always very, very clean. I was impressed that the carpet was changed before she moved in. The building is very clean, the property is clean, the bathrooms are clean, and the hallways are clean. I am their biggest advocate. I am happy.

I am comfortable here. I think management is very good. They are here every day, available, and responsive. The activities are good and they have several daily things, card playing, games, and so on. I would recommend the community to anyone.

The activities are great. We have a monthly dining out and a monthly lunch bunch. We have many people come in to talk to us on different subjects. If you want to you can be doing something all the time. There are a wide variety of choices and lots of good things. The cleaning of the apartment is very good and they are always here exactly on time. Our maintenance here is excellent. It couldn't be better. We have turned in a work order request and it is taken care of right away. We are happy here.

The manager was a great communicator and they were also very responsive. I was very impressed with the place. The care givers really do care about the residents. There are absolutely incredible people there.
