Fountain View Village

My mom has been here almost a year and half. The quality of the personnel is excellent. I eat lunch here with her every week and it is always pretty good. The activities here are done extrememly well. Happy Hour is the big event of the week and they do special events at the pub. I think the housekeeping, maintenance and care are pretty good here too. All in all, we think it's a fair price.

I'd say the care staff have been excellent in the time my father has been there, almost two years. I can always bring concerns to them s well as management. The community is kept-up, the dining room service staff are great too. It's a fair price for the services, I know my dad is safe and comfortable there.

Mom has lived in the community for over eight years. The activities department gives her a lot of choices of things to do. The dining department puts out quality food choices. The maintenance department has been excellent and if they know there is a problem they are on it quickly. I think they have done a good job. Both of my parents have lived there.

This community is really a great place and if I get disabled in my future, I'm going right back to Fountain View Village. They have the best and friendliest people at the front desk, they're just super caring people. Ron, the manager, ran a really good ship in the dining room. We have good food, on time, he turned on the music and Ron really turned things around. The servers are excellent kids and are very gracious and very helpful. If you want to get involved, they have plenty of activities to get involved in. It seems like the care staff was right on the button to take care of my husband's needs. The value is good as far as I'm concerned because this is my first invitation to stay in a place like this.

My mom is very happy at this community. There seem to be a lot of activities offered to the residents. The housekeeping cleans up her apartment pretty good and the building seems to be in good shape and kept clean. My mom has said how wonderful maintenance has been to fix anything she's ever needed.

I think the value is fair. If it wasn't fair, we wouldn't be there. There are a couple of CNAs and nurses that are really good with the patients, very personable and you always see them out doing things with the residents. Transportation has always been able to get my mom to her doctor's appointments and they seem polite. My mom uses a power chair and the bus is able to accommodate her chair. Maintenance is very nice and responsive and housekeeping does pretty well, mom's place is always clean. Mom seems to be happy with the activities going on there as well.

My husband and I live here at Fountain View and we think the quality of the food is good. The service staff in the dining area is kind and courteous. There is a good variety of activities. There are many things to do. The maintenance staff is very good. They come quickly and they are very clean with their work. Kevin is our handyman and he can do anything. It is an older building but they are doing a good job on maintaining it. We are very happy here. We couldn't have picked a better place.

Compared to other communities, the value at Fountain View Village is good. Management was very responsive and they met both his and my needs with getting him settled, providing him with timely information for what was needed to complete the application process. They have good food and from what I have seen it's nutritious and has good value. Everything is clean when I get there, they do his laundry once a week and the grounds look good. So far, we're satisfied with the services and accommodations provided to us at the community.

It is a beautiful building, they take care of it well and it is appropriately priced. My mother makes use of the transportation and they treat her very well. Currently she is living in the independent living wing and things are fine.

I've lived at Fountain View Village for almost 2 1/2 years and it's just a real nice place to live. The chef tries very hard to make a lot of different things so they reach everybody on most levels. The food quality is really good and at each meal you have 2 or 3 menu choices. I think they also do very well with the activities. The schedule is printed up by the month so you know if something is available or not. For me, the housekeeping and laundry service is excellent.
