I think this is a nice environment for an older person. Everyone is nice here. Management is great and manage the community well. The waitresses are all kind and helpful. The caregivers are so attentive to what my mom needs. They have wonderful nurses who know everyone here by name, which means a lot. My mom thinks the food is good. She is happy with the activities she does. The housekeeping is great, and the building is really nice and very clean. My mom likes it here. I don't have anything negative to say about the community.

I feel safe and comfortable. In terms of value, I do think the community is comparable with other places. The building is inviting and doesn't smell, and if I call with a problem, maintenance fixes things right away. The housekeeping girls are really sweet, and they do a good job. With activities, I can say that those girls are wonderfu,l and I don't even know how they think of all the things they do for us. They have just been fabulous. We've been trying out Spanish, which has been fun, but it's all good stuff offered. Management is visible, and they're trying. Overall, I love it here and I tell people that, along with new residents.

If I want something done, I get it from the maintenance staff. The building is pretty satisfactory. The housekeeping girls are good at cleaning. They come around every two weeks and clean my apartment really well. We have a lot of activities going on, and what I participate in is entertaining. The girl that does the bills is really good, and management is accessible. I feel safe living here. All in all, I am satisfied with the servicesand accommodations, and I haven't had to complain about anything.

I think the caregivers and nurses do an excellent job with her. The staff is very good, especially the lead caregivers and nursing staff at handling any issues. I have asked them several questions, and if they didn't have the answers, they got back to me as quick as they could

Management is outstanding. They tend to our needs and they listen to what we have to say, and they act on it. We appreciate that. Activities does an outstanding job, they are designed to keep the population busy and that is what they do. They do an outstanding job cleaning our apartment every two weeks. Everytime we have something we need done, we leave the work order for matintenance at the front desk, and it is done that day and is done right. We are happy.

We chose this community because a friend had recommended it. Since being there, management has been available any time for questions. They have gone out of their way to be as accommodating to both me and my mother. They have 24/7 nurses that are very attentive to anything going on, as are the caregivers. There are no odors, the apartment always appears clean, and we've seen people vacuuming the apartments. They have a lot of activities, and they try to keep the residents engaged. I have popped in during breakfast and dinner to see that they take care of the residents really well. Overall, I am really pleased with how this has all gone. It has a very good value for the services provided and the level of care she is getting. I just consisder the staff outstanding.

The management does everything we ask. They are absolutely friendly and respectful. My mom seems to like the food, and she likes the activities. She does the bingo and goes on the shopping trips. The transportation is great. She has used it for shopping and to go to doctors appointments. My mom gets everything she needs from the care givers.

I'm happy here. I think the grounds are kept good and the inside is good. Everything seems to be clean and nice. Housekeeping does a very good job. Our administrator is active with visting the residents. She's very friendly and I like her. I think the staff is great here. I have no complaints about any of them.

Management is respectful and there hasn't been one thing that they couldn't do for us yet, so they're fantastic. The building looks satisfactory and my parents have a nice garden unit that looks out, so it's gorgeous. My mother raves about the food and the dining service remembered her name after only one day. Overall, without a doubt, it's everything we imagined for them, so I would recommend it to anybody because we have nothing but praise.

We are very happy with the food. They are cheerful and energetic in getting her to go down there to eat. All the staff has been really great. The activities that they have told us about sound good. Jody and Judy and all of the staff have been great.
