There were a couple of things that needed fixing when I first brought my wife in there, and it looks like they fixed them. The girls are very efficient there, and right after lunch they come with the broom and dustpan. They go over the floor and they get the stuff picked up. I think that is well taken care of. They keep a very tight schedule, and I would say it is very efficient there. I have used the transportation twice for my wife, and it has worked very efficiently for her. The house maintenance is very efficient. They have very good people cooking for them. Nicola is a very good leader. SHe keeps well in control, and she has a pretty nice crew.

He's seen sufficiently by the caregivers. He is clean, and they acted in a timely fashion when they took him to the hospital. The halls are always vacuumed. It smells clean all the time. It's like being in a nice home. The housekeeping services are excellent. I'm very pleased with the general cleanliness. I am happy with the general tone of the workers there. I'm pretty satisfied. I have no complaints at this time.

I chose this place because it was the first community that was recommended. In terms of care, everyone seems accommodating and they're doing the best they can. I have been there 3 or 4 times now in the past week when they served lunch and dinner, and I was quite impressed. I usually get to the community mid day and things seem to be in excellent shape all the way around. Her room her is very comfortable and management is very personable, so overall, she seems very content there. It's like home and I am happy that she is happy there.

His apartment is very clean and the building is always clean, decorated for holidays. In general the food is quality and caters to the residents. I think the care givers are wonderful. Dad's bilingual, so are many of them. From the Director down they're good. It's very safe.

It is a more intimate setting and seems to be working for my father. The food smells good coming from the dining room; he talks constantly about how good the coffee is. He seems more engaged and pleasant.

I am very satisfied with the manager. Nikola is the manager and I think she does a good job. They are extremely responsive. The food is good and it is well thought out and it is healthy. It is very pleasant for the patients there. The girl that tends to the activities is absolutely delightful. Everything that should be done is done for my wife. It is perfect for my wife and it would be perfect for anyone with dementia who doesn’t need to be entertained in a fancy hotel.

Nicole is the person I dealt with most recently, she keeps me informed if something's going on, she's always there watching and lets me know what I need to do and I feel confident that my brother is being taken care of. He likes the food and it always smells good when I'm around. They've been doing a lot of work internally, it's freshly painted, some of the interior décor has changed, and it’s a good place. All the caretakers I've dealt with have been very nice, they take care of him, it seems like they care about what they're doing, they're always watching them.

It is a heart wrending decision to make to move your loved one somewhere. We are happy with our selection and not second guessing ourselves. Everyone has been willing to help us with whatever we needed. Anything we addressed needing to be taken care of was done before he moved in. The front of the building is nicely decorated for the fall and maintained. I see him eating more so than he would have before. I have been there at lunch time and it smells delicious. The managment team went above and beyond to answer all of our questions and made us feel comfortable in the process.

Basically, I am very content with the way things are going. I love the staff there. They are just good people. I'm quite satisfied with how they function there. Based on the way my wife eats, it is extremely good. I'm very very happy with the way she is treated. The caregivers are great people. They are doing her laundry very well. I really haven't had any complaints. I am pleasantly impressed.

My father has been there for a year and they do well with assisting him, changing him and everything they have to do, so far so good. Management is definitely trying to cover all the bases as best they can. I feel pretty good about them. The activities do the best they can, they play puzzles and games. They bring in a performer and everyone likes him so that's nice they do that. Again, so far so good.
