I would definitely recommmend it, price wise it's very good and the food is excellent. We haven't had any complaints with the food or the activities offered. My mom's room always looks fine. It's a good place.

Vicky, she is the LPN that works there. She is just wonderful. She loves my father. He looks healthy and he looks clean. It's a friendly atmosphere there. The Executive Director is very easy to talk to and very friendly, very knowledgeable and courteous. The activities director there is so sweet. I've come in where she's got everybody back doing something and being engaged and involved. They have them all moving their arms and doing activities that are appropriate for their age. I just think it's great!

The management is acceptable, they respond when you call them, I have no problems with that at all. My mom does not speak English very well or at all so it's been a very difficult time but everybody has been kind. John in maintenance is fantastic and things have definitely improved. I would absolutely recommend it. I always tell everybody I know that needs to go there, I tell them that Fox Trail is paradise and the people in blue are the angels.

I think that the value is very good. Before I put my mom in that facility I evaluated 15 different facilities in the area. It wasn't just cost; it was also that it was a small community. There are two buildings and twenty residents in each building. The outside is very beautiful, and the inside is nice and homey. The staff seemed like family. I think management is very good. I have had lunch with my mom, and I thought that it was very good. I was at a meeting when the residents were complaining that the food was cold, but I have made it a point to be there at lunchtime and dinnertime to check out the food and I think it is okay. I think that the hot foods are hot and the cold foods are cold and things smell delicious. The chef is absolutely wonderful. I think that the new activity director is friendly and pleasant. She says hello when I arrive and she's doing activities. The residents are doing wonderful activities now. There is a new maintenance guy, and I think he is very helpful. All in all, I am satisfied ith the services.

The management staff team is very respectful. If we need help for anything, they are very helpful. I'm not there all the time, but I have no problems when I am. I am happy with the food. They have good people cooking and serving it. My father had a leak in his ceiling, so they had to move him to another room for a day, and that was handled very well. Everything seems fine. He likes it, and we like it.

We have been very happy with everything they have done so far. Ruth Ann is very accommodating and Vicki and Nancy are outstanding. I hope they never leave. They have different activities. Her room and bathroom are cleaned. The staff is very respectful and they acknowledge you. The building is kept up very nicely. All in all, the value is good.

The apartment was a good size for one person and what he way paying. The nurse's aides were fabulous. The executive director was a very hands-on, very involved. You would see her out on the front porch sweeping and watering the flowers. I was there at all different times of day and he was always changed and clean and well taken care of. I went to look at a lot of places and I think this was one of the cleanest places that I visited. The laundry was always fine. It was done and put back in his closet. The maintenance man was very helpful and willing. He hung a bracket on the wall for the television and a lot of little things that were not necessarily in his job description to help with.

Healthcare is good; my brother's getting good care. They keep the place very clean. I think the management staff is doing a good job and they're very accessible. I've seen bingo going on and my brother is an artist and they had an art show going on so I would say based on those things it's very good.
