As time goes on, I realize that the best thing I could have done was put my mother at Fox Trail. They have been a great help in taking care of my mother. I couldn't do half of what they do for her. I'm very grateful for what they do for my mom. For the most part, I think this is the perfect environment for someone going through dementia and Alzheimer's. I wholeheartedly think that this is the right type of place for anyone suffering from dementia or Alzheimer's. The fact that they also try to interact with them. I highly recommend them. I think that they are the answer to my prayers. I do not regret for one minute or any day that I put my mother in Fox Trail. The care staff is excellent. They let me know if my mother is having an issue and if she needs a new medication. I would say that they're very knowledgeable and very respectful. I've never had an issue with the nurse or the aides. They're very kind. Sometimes I'm a little overwhelmed, and they reassure me. Whenever I notice a maintenance issue, I bring it to their attention, and they fix it right away. They do address things in a timely manner. It's very clean. My mother's room is immaculate when I get there. I have no problems with the housekeeping or laundry. I see my mother eating healthy meals. It's a good variety for my mother. I'm happy with the variety and the health of the meals. The servers get dinner to them in a timely manner. The new house manager seems very concerned about the residents and their needs. I feel that she is a good fit for the home. Speaking to her on the phone, I feel she is competent and she cares about the residents. I had questions about my mother, and she was able to help me. I think it is an excellent value. I wholeheartedly think that they are very reasonable and fair for what it includes in the price. I think the accommodations are wonderful. I tell people all the time that the most important thing was the safety of the place and the needs that they take care of.

I am very pleased with the activities. Her room is clean and her laundry is clean. I have no complaints about the housekeeping or the laundry. I am very pleased with the care. I talk to my mother every day and she sounds so much better than she did when she was living with my brother. I have seen a big difference. She is happier and she seems more aware. I am very pleased that Fox Trail is taking care of my mother. I feel it is the best place to take care of people with memory issues.

The Director is concerned, he does listen and tries to act on as much as possible that he can do. I think the accommodations are fine.

I moved my mom into this community because they had more personalized care and because of the price. I have had the community manager call me to let me know how my mom is doing. They have kept me up to date on how she is doing. Management helped me all along to get things done. The things that I saw on the menu looked good and this community offers very good activities. The building is in good shape and I am 100% sure that maintenance would help me through putting a work order in if I need to. The caregivers have gone above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and to make her feel comfortable. They had a family Christmas party and my sister said it was wonderful.

Sean was great. He was very accommodating and nice. It looks like it's good food and home made. I saw them dishing it out when I was there so that was good. It smells good. It seems like it's well balanced. Everything looks nice and the grounds look very pretty outside. It seems like everything is maintained well. It's always very clean. The staff that's there care. These people are so sweet to the residents.

My loved one lives at Green Brook and I think everything looks to be in order. The caretakers have been fine and we haven't had any issues with the management. She seems to like the dining and her housekeeping has been consistent. Overall, I think the value is fair.

The quality of the care and our peace of mind have much improved since she has transferred to Memory Care. Her in-home care was more than she is paying in Memory Care and it was horrendous. It is a relief and a much better situation than she was in prior to here. She's definitely safe. Shawn works very well personally with my mom in terms of redirecting her when she has behavioral bouts and really understands who she is and gets her involved in her area of interest. He always gets back to me very quickly with any questions I've had regarding mom's health and how she's doing so I feel very comfortable he is there and mom is being taken care of. We're very happy. Food is being prepared in a timely manner and following dietary restrictions and the like. Mom is higher functioning than most of the residents. She is very physically involved. Mom needs to be busy all the time, Shawn and Evelyn gives her jobs, some staff members really kept her busy. I'm very grateful that we have Shawn in Memory Care to help out with mom. Questions are always answered if we have them.

We went to several different places, small facilities and large facilities, and it is a very appropriate rate. My mom came in chronically short on weight, and she has gained weight. She has only been there since October, so that is a very good thing. That place is immaculate. I have never seen my mother's room unkempt or messy. If residents have accidents, the staff is prompt to get to them.

The management took care of her. She had an emergency and they had her at the hospital, they called us, and everything went fine. I know they're all well-fed. Their meals are on time and they seem to be thriving on the diet. Some people are good at singing and others like the quizzes. The activities keep people active and keep their attention on things. As far as I can tell, the housekeeping is done very, very well. Everything looks good.
