There is a Stephanie Thomas there in management and if anything comes up she will email me. She will even text me if she needs me. Communication is very good. She is the first one to come out when I go visit. Mom says the food is okay. The staff seems to be pretty attentive to them. They are good about getting them snacks as well. When I go in her room, her bed is made and things aren't on the floor. Housekeeping is doing their job. The maintenance has helped out with her walker wheels and the building looks good. I see the same faces with the care staff and that is nice. They are always nice and polite. If someone has to go to the bathroom, they are quick to help them.

I'm satisfied with the services and accommodations my aunt is receiving over in Fox Trail at Hillsdale West. The Executive Director is always there when I need her and she provided me with her phone number, so she's good. My aunt enjoys the dining room there and is satisfied with the quality of food and variety of menu that is being offered. I am very satisfied with her apartment cleaning and they do a good job with making sure her laundry gets done. Maintenance at the community is good, I am pleased with the apartment condition and consistency of service there. Regarding her care, I am very happy with all of the staff and the girls are very nice. Overall, she is safe and comfortable at the community, so I am satisfied with where she lives.

My mom had a number of issues before and they took care of it, she had Urinary Tract issues, and infections, because she wasn't getting cleaned well and now that's gone, she's doing well, except for the Alzheimer's. Everything seems to be in good shape. The building is great, it looks very nice. It doesn't smell like a nursing home. Her care is pretty much covered, you know they take care of coordination with the doctor and I appreciate the feedback on, you know, health issues. Stephanie always gives me a call if there's anything out of the ordinary. My mom says everything is delicious. She has some dietary issues and they take care of that so I'd say that it's good. It's not a dining hall, it's a kitchen, so there are only ten of them and they give pretty good service. Everything's good for the most part.

I would definitely recommend it. They're very nice to my aunt. The gates and doors are always locked, they always know where all the residents are so I feel comfortable leaving her there .If I need anything, I can always go up to the caretakers; they don't seem to have a problem. I'm happy with the housekeeping, the bed is made and everything seems clean when I go. Obviously it's expensive, but there are a lot of services and they take care of everything so I guess its equivalent to what her needs are and everything.

I think the price is good for what she gets. It's very costly but similar places go for more. Stephanie is excellent. She's very organized and responsive. If you email her, she gets back to you within minutes. Stephanie's the first consistent manager that has been there since my mom moved in three years ago. The staff cares for the residents. They're very kind and warm. It's a reflection of their manager. They respond quickly.
