All of the care staff is very attentive and are right there to clean anything up. The building is neat, and I can tell there is a lot of care put into it. The room is spectacular and spotless. I can't find anything wrong here, and believe me, I'm looking. They hired a new activities director who is a sweetheart. She makes the residents smile and laugh. The residents are engaged, and their minds are moving. I'm very impressed with what I see. I like the food. It's served hot and tasty, and the portion sizes are nice. The director is very involved and gets things done in a timely manner. She's a sweet and friendly person. She's the perfect person for this job. When we walked into the door, I was sold. The facility is clean and fresh, and the people are very friendly.

Management has been extremely helpful with my mom, if I have questions they're able to answer them. The healthcare staff has been on top of things.

I like the new management. Housekeeping keeps my mother-in-law's room beautiful. I've been satisfied with the other departments.

Housekeeping is satisfactory, and mom’s clothes are always clean. The community is always clean. I never walk in and see any mess, everything is nice and clean and it looks well taken care of. The care givers seem responsive to my mother's needs, so we're satisfied with that. Maureen, the Activities Director, is the bright spot in the community.

I have no complaints with the care my wife is receiving. The housekeeping and laundry services are excellent, fine, no problems. The dining department works hard to provide meals that the residents will eat. My wife is happy, she's comfortable and she's healthly, what more could I ask for?

Mom has lived here for about a year and a half. The staff are really kind and very pleasant. Any of them are willing to help me when I have a question or issue comes up. The overall care that mom has received has been good. The recent change in the dining room has been nice, they now have really homecooked meals and a nice variety.

The care staff seems to be very good and attentive. The house is very clean. In dining the staff is very accommodating and respectful of the clients and the visitors from what I've seen. I don't have any major issues.

My mother-in-law's room is always clean and immaculate. There is no smell. My mother in law has been there for six years, there has never been a problem. The caregivers are magnificent. Most of them have been there for a very long time. They are kind, compassionate, and caring. I know that they always have activities and that Maureen is wonderful, caring, affectionate, and engages the residents. She is happy and I have zero complaints.

I would say the aides employed there are fantastic. They show a lot of concern and make a great effort in a tough work situation. The aides do a fantastic job making sure my mom is well cared for and safe.

So far management has been very attentive to my mom's needs, they've called me about things, which I absolutely love and they're just right on top of everything. They're awesome. I found it online myself and I'm thrilled that I did. The dining staff was great and personally called me to find out what my mom liked. I know they do karaoke and bingo and it seems that they are keeping the residents busy but I'm not sure if she's partaking in a lot of these things. This is where I would want to live, so it's awesome.
