The management is top notch. Whether over the phone or through email, they always answer our questions. The team always answers our questions about my father's well-being and care. The community is doing a great job. For my father to be satisfied, that means a lot. The has not been any issues with maintenance yet. I love the building, and the community is very clean and well maintained. The activities director is lovely and very energetic. She is awesome. My father loves the chefs and has no problem with the food. This community is worth it.

This community is very good for her. I am very happy with it. I would definitely recommend it and I have already. Some of my wife's friends who have visited couldn't believe how nice it was. The management has been perfect, the housekeeping is excellent and the care givers are caring.

The new house manager has made a tremendous difference. They just hired an activities director which is the first time they have had someone in that role. The housekeeping has gotten much better and there are no urine smells in the building.

Every time I go he is clean and happy, there is no odor. I see that he is always doing something. The aides seem to always be interacting with the patients.

My mom is kept clean, the healthcare staff treats her well and she says they treat her nicely. It's a beautiful community, I haven't seen any problems with it and the housekeeping is great. My mother says the dining is always good and she has never complained about the quality of food.

It was a good alternative to us, rather than going to a nursing home which I feel would be a lot more impersonal than the care my mother gets here. She seems to enjoy the food there and they do take good care of the community, they put seasonal plants outside in the summer, it's very nice looking.

This community is very secure. You have to ring the bell to come in and they are careful about who does come in. If there is a problem with my husband, management calls me right away. The staff at this community is extremely nice and very good to the resident. They are always doing some sort of activity when I visit. My husband's room has always been very clean and this community has beautiful flowers. In terms of healthcare, the caregivers answer my calls right away.

Since my mother has been at the community I think they have been improving in the food department. My mother's clothing makes it back to her room and the grounds are kept very nice. The caregivers are there and they provide the medication.

The overall rate is reasonable. My mother looks forward to eating, so it's got to be good. My mother's overall mood has changed for the positive, so I'm going to say the activities have been doing her wonders. Overall, I have to say the management staff is responsive, timely and willing to work with us. I don't have anything but really good things.
