We feel blessed my father is well cared for and it's close to our home. Dining there is excellent. The lunches are good and dinners are fabulous. The staff puts their all in and makes dining special. Housekeeping is excellent, His room is always clean, his clothes are wonderful. The care from the care givers at the community is wonderful. Compared to other communities we're very pleased with the value.

When moving in the House Manager and the Sales VP were very helpful, answered all my questions. It's a beautiful set up, the keep it clean, and you wouldn’t even know it's a Memory Care place. They added new furniture and it's nice and homey.

We chose this community for my mother because I had a senior living advisor who recommended this community to me. The value here is better than average and management's personality, accessibility and professionalism is good. The energy that Robin, in management, brings has been pleasant from the start. For the most part the aides give the residents one to one attention. At this stage, that connection is what is important right now. This community is always well maintained. My mother is higher functioning and needs a lot of attention. The ladies are attentive and responsive to her. So far they are engaged with her and communicating with her the best that they can.

Housekeeping, the cleaning of the apartment and doing my loved one's laundry, is very clean. The inside of the community is beautifully kept. The caregivers are very attentive to my loved one's needs, they're very sweet. They mash up his pills and put them in apple sauce. I know my loved is safe in their hands, and he is comfortable in the community.

Dad has been there just about two years, and I know of other places that are less, but Princeton has been good to me and I appreciate it. I just want my father taken care of and he is. He is well, well taken care of by the aides and the management. Shawn is absolutely wonderful. He is the Managing Director right now and I can’t say enough about him and what he's doing with the place. The food is wonderful. The girls make homemade everything. My father loves and eats everything. Housekeeping is excellent, his laundry service is absolutely superb. Everything is perfect, the care is truly excellent.

You're getting what you're paying for, and you're getting a good service. The management has been really helpful with everything. They keep my mom busy with some of the things that will help keep her mind going, and that's good. In her room everything is clean and her laundry is being done and they seem to be doing it on a regular basis. They're on top of taking care of their facility. The caretakers here are very intensive, and they're keeping her clean, watching out for her. They've done things for her that my dad wasn't able to get done at home, like trimming her nails and putting nail polish on her, doing her hair and stuff, so they're helping her with those things. Overall, it has been a positive experience.
