Michelle, the house manager, is good, the meals look wonderful and the food looks good. The housekeeping and building are good and everybody at the community is good.

The caregivers all seem to be very nice to my aunt and work well with her, and she's been comfortable there for over a year now. There seems to be a good variety of food options in Memory Care from what I've heard, and the staff encourages her to participate in activities. Everything looks great. Her laundry looks clean and the place is immaculate. I would definitely recommend it, they’re good because they're receptive to people's needs.

My dad has been there for over two years and I'm happy with it. Michelle is very interactive and calls me, she takes great care of my father. I love her, she's great. The food is good, they keep up with the housekeeping and everybody on the healthcare staff seems real nice.

I think the Executive Director is wonderful, she's fabulous, I'm very happy with the place. I think they do very well in the dining room. They give him as much as he wants. I'm comparing them to several other places he's been to and it's just the perfect place for my brother; I couldn't be happier with them.

The Director, Michelle, is very attentive to detail; she puts in a lot of extra time coming in on weekends or days off when she has to. She came in dealing with a tough situation. I haven’t seen anything to complain about. The dining room is generally cleaned up pretty quickly. The cleanliness in my wife's is good. We have had a few concerns, but it has been a good place for my wife.

My mother is only at the community temporarily for care. I have no issues with community, it's really good. The housekeeping, maintenance, dining, and all other departments have been good.

When I see the type of care she is getting I think she is getting a good value. Kathleen, in management, did all the paper work for me. Anytime I had any questions she responded to me and she gave me any type of information I needed. Anytime I walked in to talk to her she knew me by name and had time to talk to me. Anytime I go there the bed is made and the clothes are always clean. Everything is very clean. Michelle, in healthcare, is very thorough and she is very good with details. Anytime there is an issue she will call me. Michelle is right on top of things. Everyone is very, very caring and they seem to meet all of my mother’s needs.
