The house manager is excellent, she is very good and caring. The caregivers are excellent and very caring as well. The food at the community is homemade, overall it's fine.

My loved one's apartment is kept very clean, and laundry also seems clean. I really like Alice in management, I think she does a really good job. I think she really cares about all the residents and she's super-organized. The community looks good and I think the caregivers are all very good there.

I'd recommend it. Mom has been there for quite a while, over three years, and we haven’t had any problems. There is no shortage of staff, no deficiencies, and the community is pretty good. The care staff talks to the residents. They don’t just treat them like a lump of meat. The managers are attentive, and do as much as they can. The food is good, and there's variety on the menu. There are entertainers coming in performing music for the residents in Memory Care. Mom likes her apartment, and Housekeeping keeps it consistently clean. My mom is safe and comfortable there, so you get what you pay for.

When we went to look at the facility, that was the second Fox Trail we looked at, as soon as we opened the door we just all had a great feeling. I liked the layout, I loved the positive energy and we all felt like that was a great fit for my mom. All of the management staff go above and beyond to make my mom comfortable and to make us feel at ease. It's a wonderful experience. I think the dining and activities are very good also. They do have music going all of the time, which is wonderful for my mom. They are a well oiled machine at that facility. The care staff is wonderful, they're all wonderful. My mother has always asked to go home in any place she was at. She never asks me to go home anymore so I feel like she is very happy there also.

The caretakers are very good. I've seen the way the people do it and it's excellently. The place is very clean. Every time I go there, my wife is clean and changed; I would say that everything is okay. If I have any questions for the manager, she responds right to me. I think she's doing a very good job and I'm personally satisfied with the care she's getting there. Everyone has to be buzzed in, so I don't have to give security any thought. The staff is great too.

I think the management team is very caring and compassionate people. They've been very good to my dad who’s been there almost 2 years. I like that it's home cooked food. I’ve been there many times during meals, and I think the service is very good. I think the housekeeping is fine. It's well maintained and cleaned. I think the care staff is very attentive, accessible and responsive.

Management is very good. The staff is excellent. The healthcare staff cares for their patients very nicely. They take good care of them. I would recommend it. Overall, we're happy with the place.

It's just perfect, you couldn't ask for better. The management staff takes time with all the residents and make them feel like family. They couldn't be nicer. They help him without any hesitation. It never looks shabby. It's always a welcoming, breath of fresh air when you walk in. The housekeepers make sure everything is kept clean, you couldn't ask for more. It's food like he's used to eating at home. They make things really delicious.
