Fullerton Gardens

I choseFullerton Gardens for my mom because the proximity to the house and the list of activities they did during the day was very nice. The dining department brings out soup and hot sandwiches and they always have nice options at night. My mom is really staying active with all the activities. Her room looks clean each time I am there and her clothes are always folded and put away. We feel like we can talk to whoever is there and we really like that.

Before my parents moved in they painted the room and they recently installed flooring in their room. The whole building is pleasant and the garden area is beautiful. The caregivers are very kind to my mom and she can be very difficult. I am pleased in that regard. The caregivers are kind, nurturing and loving. What the staff at this community provide for my parents would be impossible for me personally to provide. At this stage in life it is invaluable to me.

The staff is superb, they met all our concerns, and they really made my husband feel at home there. The activities were good. The activities in Memory Care are very stimulating. Overall Maintenance was pretty good. I saw them repairing things and if anything broke they took care of it right away. They made him feel at home. My concerns were addressed. The staff always helped him when he needed and made him very comfortable. I saw the residents thriving. Coming in, new residents wouldn’t be comfortable or were lethargic, and you saw them grow comfortable, and participate in activities.
