In terms of maintenance, all we have to do is ask, and someone comes to check it on it. They almost always do something to improve the problem. There's no problem with the housekeeping. They’re continuing trying to please people with the activities. I think they do a pretty good job. The food is quite good. Everything has been going quite well with the dining. I'm very pleased with it. The servers are nice and pollite and considerate and helpful. The management team is doing just great. Everyone seems to know what their job is, and they try to keep us informed of any upcoming changes or improvements. I have no problems.

Every time we ask question or concern, management has been able to answer it or tell us who we can speak with. The nurses, medtechs, and caregivers all go above & beyond. They're expceptional. They come in to ask my parents how they're doing and make sure they get to dining. Everything is working well in the apartment, and everything around the building looks really good. My mother says they clean really well and that they're very respectful and careful of their things. They always have activities going on in the hallway, and I like that they go around to try and get everyone involved. The food is good and well cooked, and there is a variety offered. Overall, I am very happy I placed them there. When I visit, they seem content, which I really appreciate. With the care, food, services and security, it's all being provided well, and there is no price for that.

It's the only place I visited that felt like a family atmosphere from the very beginning, so that's why we chose it, because of how we were greated by management. We visited other facilities and the amount of money they wanted, we would not have been able to do this. I just don't even know how to say how thankful I am for that. They love it, they really do, and I do too. They have a full sized kitchen, so I didn't have to feel like I was taking anything away from them. It's more like it's their home. Management has been absolutely wonderful. Brandon is in the kitchen helping, he's out talking to residents, he's everywhere. He is not just the director. He is amazing, and he always says hi to me. I feel like we've been there a lot longer than we have. He's been welcoming from the very beginning. Not only does housekeeping come in and clean, but they talk to my parents too, which means a lot. I didn't expect as much activities as my parents are being offered there. One day I went up there, and they went to the beach. It's little things like that that mean a lot. My parents have gone from only sitting in their chairs to going to bingo and taking art classes. My dad can't wait to play pool. This place really truly is a blessing. We couldn't have gotten a better place for them.

Everytime I've been there, they have been great in assisting us. She seems to be very happy there. They like the food. There is always two options to chose from. The activities are okay. The maintenance guy is super nice and really easy to work with. The ladies out front that greet and help with activities are amazing morning, afternoon, and evening. They are very kind. They are always very friendly, and I love that part of it.

"I think the value is very good. We looked at a lot of them, and they were the most reasonable. They do everything and more. My dad likes the food really well. They will have two choices on the menu. They will always offer a hamburger or sandwich if they don't like what they are having. I think they have a good variety. He is constantly busy. He doesn't want to miss bingo or the Thursday happy hour where someone comes to play music. The building is very clean and really nice all the time. I have never gone in there and smelled a smell. The care is very good. They were there for him.The housekeepers come in and change his sheets every week. The management team is really good. We haven't had any problems with them at all. Brandon has been really good, and so has Cindy. He just always had something to do, and he really likes that. Dad is really happy here. If he is happy, then I am happy.

I looked at several places and family is close by here, that was a compelling factor. I was very impressed with the cleanliness. My room is comfortable, I enjoy the activities, so far so good. I think the value is good, management listens to residents. They have more activities than I can do and they're top-notch. As far as I am concerned it's one of the best places in the area. It's clean, kept up to date, and everyone is friendly.

The caregivers and maintenance team are top notch. People seem engaged and it's above my expectations. I have been constantly amazed at how good everybody is over there. They are full of information and they are timely and accurate. I know that the processes and the people there are more than capable to handle the things that she needs.

I haven't had any problems with my housekeeper. She cleans, makes the bed and launders the sheets and towels. I would advertise it to all of my friends. I really like it there. The people are all very friendly, and I am happy.

I have never heard any complaints about the food, and my dad seems to enjoy the meals. In comparison to the other places in the area, this one has a homey feel. It just seems to be more of a welcoming atmosphere. It’s not so sterile of an atmosphere.Any time I've had any concerns, I've gone in and talked to the manager, and he has addressed them right away.

I couldn't believe a lot of the activities they have here, I was shocked that they have cheese and wine, a pool table, chess, I didn't see that where she was before. I've seen them exercising out there and I heard someone playing guitar, I thought it was nice compared to where she was before. Clothes were constantly getting lost at the other facility, here there is no problem. This facility is a lot better than where she was staying, I just think it's a very nice place.
