Management is amazing and cares about their residents, they're very good communicating with me, we just love them. The housekeepers are good and the healthcare staff are Johnny on the Spot. Anytime you call anyone on the nursing staff, they take care of whatever you ask them to do and don't think twice about it. They have an excellent staff and they should all be commended, all the way to the front desk.

Management and the cargivers have always been on top of any issues we have had. My father in law is very satisified with the food, the building looks great and we are satisfied with the transportation. It has always been wonderful.

My mother has a nice apartment, the service in the dining room is great, they offer a lot of different activities and the building is really nice. The care is very good and the caregivers are good and patient.

I have enjoyed living here and the staff have been very nice. The menu variety is good and the service in the dining room is fantastic, and there is always an activity going on that I enjoy.

I went to all the communities in my town that I could find in the phone directory but I kept coming back to this community because I was treated so well when I did a preliminary tour. The people were so nice and when I made my decision, I knew this is where I wanted to be because it met all my criteria. My apartment is adequate for me and management has been very prompt in answering my questions. I think the food is exceptional and the young ladies that serve are all as nice as can be. I can't believe that the hallways look so good with this many people and the courtyard is always well maintained. I have felt very much at home here and I would not want to be anywhere other than where I am. I feel very blessed to have found this community.

My daughter said this was the best place for the price. I had good food here and they had more activities than I could handle. I loved the Bible study and I liked the crafts. The grounds were beautiful. I thought they were really pretty and the Christmas decorations were marvelous.

We were given the name of several from rehab of places they thought would work for me, Garden Estates was the one they said I would want to go to and I've been happy ever since. The dining is wonderful, the food is excellent and I think the choices are excellent, I haven't found anything I haven't enjoyed. The orders are taken in a timely manner, the food comes back quickly for the most part, they bring anything we ask for, it's done very nicely. I think they have a number of activities going for people to participate it, they have all sorts of things in addition to the daily or weekly activities, I think they're doing a wonderful job. My apartment is cleaned once a week and is very nicely cleaned, it's done very well. You couldn't ask for a better means of transportation, Bobby is just wonderful at taking care of everything for us. They bring me my medicine every morning and evening. If I need anything attended to, they're right here to take care of it, they're very pleasant and helpful, and they just do a wonderful job. I feel like this is a family type atmosphere from the staff to the residents, everyone is very friendly and helpful; it just couldn't be a better place, I'm very happy and pleased to be here.

Mom likes her apartment; it has new carpet and new paint. The housekeeper who comes in is very sweet, nice, and friendly, and I think she does an okay job. She seems to be satisfied with what's offered for activities. She does go to exercise three times a week. She likes the music most of the time and she has a group of friends she enjoys interacting with. When she's used the transportation she likes it. The food has been reasonably good. I have eaten there and it seems good. Serving the meals, the wait staff is nice. The managers always been friendly and available when we need them. I like it just fine like it is. I think it is a wonderful place and we've been very pleased. For what is being offered I think it's a fair price. Overall I like the place very much.

We liked the physical community, the staff was nice, and they were able to work with us on pricing. Everything came together for a perfect match. I talk to every single person on the management team and all of them did everything they could to work with me on securing a place for my mother-in-law. They worked with us on pricing. I checked around the other places and couldn’t find anything that I liked the same or better or anything cheaper. It's a nice apartment space, cozy, got everything she needs. They even put more vinyl in the kitchen to let us put in a full size refrigerator. Maintenance, before she moved in they put on mini-blinds on her front window. They came back and touched up paint on the ceiling before she moved in. I think they came and helped her with her TV once. The grounds are kept up well and everything inside looks beautiful too. So far she's been there two weeks so housekeeping cleaned her room and washer clothes just once and it was fine. Some of the food is excellent, some is good just not as tasty because they can’t use salt because some of the residents. Overall it's pretty good. Everybody, she says everybody is really nice, the care givers. They come and do what they're supposed to do. I think they have an excellent Head Nurse there. Carla, the Executive Director, is excellent her job as is the management team and receptionists out front. The lady heading the kitchen is a nice lady. Everybody remembers my name and calls me by my name. We’re very satisfied.
