I love Lisa and Tara. They have been wonderful and helpful. They answer phone calls and talk about things regarding my mother-in-law. The meal at the luau the other day was really good. The activities are very good. There was a toilet that was leaking and maintenance was very quick to address and fix the problem. The caretakers have been just great!
I chose it because it's close to my home and my son was previously involved there as a volunteer. There are a lot of reasons I chose it, the staff is very nice and it's clean and it met all of our needs. The care takers are super nice, if my grandfather needs them he presses the button and they're there quickly. He is very pleased with them, they're pleasant. They're super excited and you can tell they love what they do. They interact with all of the residents. I'm there pretty often so I get to encounter them every time I'm there and they pay attention to him and everyone there as they should. They're patient and they're very good with following up. Management is great and they're super attentive to everything, every detail. They're very attentive and follow up and are thorough. I think the activities are great, they try to keep them involved. They're very inclusive and make sure he has an opportunity to be introduced to them and they do a really nice job.
Lisa and the entire staff are super. They're all really great and take care of my mom and us as well. They're very informative and keep us updated about everything. There's something to do every day to keep my mom busy. The caretakers take great care of my mom. The community has some great group of people, and we are very appreciative of the Gardens of Shiloh Point.
Ichose this community for my father because I toured it and had some feedback from people I worked with. Denise, in the healthcare department, has been excellent; they've all been really good. She has been exceptional. Lisa is very professional and also very caring. He likes the dining now that he's on a vegetarian diet, I think its fine, it's good. The activities are pretty good, it seems like they have something planned every day if they want to participate, there are always options, so that's been good.
