The Garnet of Casa Grande

I have lived at The Garnet of Casa Grande for 7 years and I have loved every minute of it. I don't use much help, but whenever I do, the healthcare staff is certainly excellent. The community has wonderful activities and you can be doing something different every hour of the day. The dining service is very good, we get good choices and every Chef we've had while I have been here has been wonderful.

I really enjoy it here, I like my room very much and everything is really nice and neat. The food and activities are very good. There is a lot to do at this community. Housekeeping takes care of my laundry very well and they clean where I need them to.

My aunt is happy there. I've been pleasantly surprised with the care and service there. I thought management, prior to taking my aunt in, did a really good job of explaining The Garnet to her. They explained how with her situation and insurance how it would work. They explained the benefits and services they would offer. What I have witnessed with the dining staff is they are very personable with all the resident regardless if they are independent, assisted, in wheelchairs or not. They use their names a lot. They know her desires and food choices that she tends to lend toward. I love that and love how personal they are with the residents. They seem to have quite a bit of activities offered. They seem to do a good job in maintenance and be on top of things all the time.

It's been over three years and everything is fine here. I like living here. The food is good. There are quite a few activities here. The housekeeping is very good. They do the laundry and it is very good too. It is a very nice place.

I absolutely love it here. It's one of the prettiest places I've ever lived. I have not run into anyone from management that is not just delightful. They're very good about getting in touch with you immediately. The salads are wonderful; the soups are grand, great soups. The servers are wonderful, they're so friendly and they're very helpful. I enjoy all of the activities and they will accept new ideas, that have been really great. The healthcare is absolutely great. I've just never seen a full group of employees that are as respectful to the older people as they are here and I don't just mean with me, I see how they are with everybody.
