Glenwood Place Senior Living

In the past three years my mom has always enjoyed the food here. She enjoys participating in the music during Happy Hour and other activities. Housekeeping is superb. They do a good job not only with the rooms but also the common areas. The woodwork and walls are clean. They work on the building all the time. If a wall gets dinged it is almost immediately it gets sanded and painted. They do a really good job in maintenance. In memory care, most of the aides and med techs are really good.

I am satisfied with the prices, services and accommodations I received at Glenwood Place, I feel safe and comfortable at the community. Management is respectful, knowledgeable, accessible and responsive. During dining, the vegetables are not overdone and there is a high quality of food, like salmon for instance and we even were given crab one time. The Activity Director is good, so the activities are right up there too. My apartment cleaning is very good and the maintenance crew is very friendly. They're very quick and they don't make it seem like a big deal, they'll just come and fix things for you. I use transportation services at the community and I am satisfied with the condition of the vehicles, flexibility and consistency that is offered. Overall, everyone is friendly and it's like a family here, so I made a good choice. I am very, very likely to recommend it and I have a lot.

Over the past year at Glenwood Place, my mother-in-law has been safe and comfortable in Memory Care. I know they're trying to get her involved in the activities. When they can get her engaged they do that. We like the care givers and from what I've seen the food looks to be good. For the services at this time, the price is fine.

I am satisfied with the accommodations and services that Glenwood Place provides for my aunt. She does quite a few activities and everything is on the calendar, so I like that because we get it every month. The management staff is responsive; the apartment cleaning is satisfactory and when she calls for maintenance assistance, it's usually taken care of. I know transportation services have taken her to Doctor appointments and she has been very happy with all of them too. With regards to the care provided, the staff there is truly the shining star of the community. They are absolutely fantastic, watch out for her and if she isn't in her room, they will track and hunt her down.

In the past year and a half that I have been here I like the way they handle the restaurant, it's really good. You can talk to the Activites Director about anything. My housekeeper is absolutely fantastic and does more than she needs to, she's very good. Maintenance is excellent, I just remarked to someone the other day how well they take care of the landscaping, cleaning outside and the inside is very clean. I'm just really satisfied with where I am, they've all treated me really nice and coordinated very good.

I think their activities are very good and the transportation services are appreciated. I like when they show a musical concert and educational things, I never miss those. I think the maintenance crew is wonderful. He is pleasant and gets things done, he stays on top of things and his crew seems to work well with him.

Glenwood Place is one of the nicer places that I've toured or that my mother has lived in. The value is good and I'm very happy with the community. My mother has been at a couple of other communities and Glenwood Place has the best food. They keep mom pretty busy and they offer multiple activities even in memory care every day. Maintenance is excellent and the community is beautiful. Mom goes on the scenic tours every Wednesday and the buses are nice looking. I understand the nurses job and I feel that they do more than enough. I've been really happy with the place and I think my mom is well taken care of.

I have been here for almost two years now and they always have a good variety of food and the activities sound good. I just started getting housekeeping and the girl seems awfully nice. So far so good, I've only had it cleaned a couple of times.

For the most part the management is doing pretty well. The Bistro is good and has a good variety. My mom seems really happy and participates in most of the activities. Things look clean and picked up in her apartment so I'd say housekeeping seems to do very well and maintenance seems to be pretty good. Overall they give a pretty darn good value for the money.

I've been satisfied with the service I've been getting for three years here. The management team, I like them very much, and when I need help, the caregivers are right here. Housekeeping keeps my room clean, and comes on-time. Dining is okay and I'm comfortable here.
