The Activities Director does a super job!

I think they've come a long way; we've been there since it first opened, when it wasn't Gracemont. It was one of the nicest facilities and it was brand new when my mother moved in, so that always helps. The new executive director Kim seems to be very good. The activity director is doing a super job; I think she's really good. I think they do a pretty good job keeping the place clean. Things have gotten considerably better as everyone has gotten more comfortable with their roles.

The caregivers have been exceptional; everything thus far has been exceptional. The maintenance staff has been very, very accommodating. I think they have done everything they can possibly do. It's probably the nicest one that I've ever seen. The activities staff has been very good about coming to check on my mom and going through the information. They're doing a good job, I'm very happy with it. We'd recommend it to anybody.
