We thought the price was reasonable and that's why we moved my mom in there. From what I've seen, there has been very good care and they're very personable with my mother. I believe my mother enjoys being there. They have a lot of activities on a level that the residents can participate in. The meals are awesome.
I think Granville Villa is one of the cleanest places we were in. The building and common areas are fantastic. I think the food is good and I like the set up. The apartment is beautiful. I can tell they are doing everything that they can to help. I think the activities are good. The care givers are very nice.
Management is very good and the healthcare staff are good. I haven't had anything broken but the maintenance man is very good about fixing anything that you tell him about. I'm very happy with the housekeeping and laundry services. The food quality is good and the dining room servers are good. I'd say we're getting a good value here.
It seems expensive but then you find out what other places cost so it's not so bad. My mom is enjoying the food. They offer a lot of different activities and there are some healthcare staff that are just excellent. It's definitely a good fit. We are very happy with everything there and we're glad mom is there.
