The move in was very easy to do. From the moment I walked in the front door, the maintenance team was there ready to help and brought all my stuff up to the room. The staff was very accommodating. I'm very pleased with everything. They are very caring people. They had a holiday party last Friday, and it was fantastic. They provided excellent food and a carriage ride, and my mother loved every moment of it. The staff encourages her to participate in activities. I think it's great that they have two choices on the menu. The management team worked with my on everything. Everyone has been very helpful with me to figure out information. It's wonderful.

Management informs me of what's going on, and they follow through. The maintenance team does a good job. The housekeepers also seem to be doing a good job. My mom seems to like the food. She seems to be eating well. The value is good.

The activities director, Mary, is delightful. The activities are well planned and entertaining. Jenna, in management could be my daughter, she is so wonderful. Tony in maintenance is there as soon as you call him. The place is just wonderful.

I think it is really good. They do care. The people that are there are caring and that counts into it. They are very nice, and it is a really nice place there. They know every patient, which is amazing to me. She loves her soups, and she loves that they give her some sweets. They all know her and will tell you if she has had a bad day or something funny that she has done. If we need anything, the maintenance team has gotten it for us. The music helps keep the residents lively.

My parents get 24 hour care, and they are getting what they pay for. If something happens, the healthcare staff let me know. The building is well taken care of, and it's obvious when you go over there. I have no complaints from them on housekeeping or laundry. They provide consistent activities, and they offer as much as they can for the diverse population. Everyone in management is friendly. If I need to get a hold of them, they're available to me. All in all, based on knowing what my parents need, they're in the best place they need to be. They're safe and comfortable.

As far as I'm concerned, the nursing is good, and the maintenance personnel do a good job. Everyhting seems to be working properly in my wife's apartment, and they seem to take good care of the building. The housekeepers are very personable and very friendly. Her room is always clean. I am impressed with the food that they are giving her. It's very simple, but it's efficient and it looks good and she eats everything. The dining staff is good. If I'm there at lunch, they will bring her lunch into her apartment. They're very pleasant about it. They never have any complaints about having to bring the food in. I am very pleased with the way they're taking care of my wife. I think they're doing a very good job. The staff are very friendly and they're very helpful.

If I have an issue, I will mention something, and the mangement seems to be on top of everything. The activities are good. My friend has been participating in several of them. I know the handyman does anything that you ask of him. He seems to right on tail with that, and myy friend seems to appreciate him. The staff that are dealing with my friend the most are wonderful people. There is a gentleman, Angel, and a couple of other ones that come in and talk to her. She likes the attention. They seem to be on top of her likes and dislikes. I think the staff does an amazing job of dealing with the people they are dealing with. I think she is very well served. I really feel the staff does their best. Everything is out in the open and very physical.

Everybody is doing great and as far as the staff they are wonderful. They do a good job with the activities. The cleaning and the laundry has been very good as well as the maintenance.

The management team always keep in touch with me and my mom. She's happy with the apartment cleaning. Mom loves all the caregivers and they all treat her very nicely. She's happy with her care. We’re happy with the community.

I have eaten there a few times a week and the food is excellent. The taste, seasonings and choices are wonderful and the service is excellent. The rugs are always swept and the laundry is done whenever he needs it to be done. The building is very good. The flowers are blooming now and it is gorgeous. Anytime he needs help or he calls for help, the caregivers are there.
