Harbour Assisted Living of Monroeville

Compared to a previous community my mother seems much happier here. I feel she is so safe that I could go on a vacation and not worry about her. I would say the food is excellent. They cook it right there in front of you so it is fresh and warm when it is served. The management staff were very professional. They are always smiling and I like that. I would say she is receiving a good value.

It's probably about average price wise. Seems to me it's on par with what other communities are charging. The housekeepers seem to take pretty good care of his room and keep everything nice and clean. The maintenance crew takes pretty good care of the building. The hallways, common areas, and outside are always nice and clean, and well-maintained. They seem to take pretty good care of him, so I'm pleased.

I had looked at all the other communities for my mother and this was the cleanest. What caught my eye was every staff member was pleasant. I worked with Jenna, the Director, and Wendy, and they were both wonderful. Housekeeping is good. Everything is always clean. The dinng servers are the aides who take care of my mom all day and they are wonderful. The building itself is very pretty. All in all, we've a few concerns but it has been a good experience so far.

I moved my mother into the community about three and a half years ago. The management team has treated my mother well and she feels safe and comfortable living at the community. Her place is always clean and she's always wearing clean clothes. Housekeeping is very good and they recently just put in new carpet in her room. Although, there are some small issues, I would definitely recommend it.

The caregivers seem to be doing a very good job with my wife and they are always willing to talk to you. The building always seems to be clean and everything seems to be arranged properly. I think they do a pretty good job of that. They take care of the laundry, and the room always seems to be clean. The bedding is changed. I would have no objection to what they're doing there. They seem to have a lot of activities scheduled that include a lot of the tenants. I have been there to see some of their operation and the people that run the activities are very friendly. They seem to be very cooperative with the tenants. I would have to say that they are doing a pretty great job.
As far as she is concerned she is happy with the food. The times I have been in the dining room, the dining personnel have been very good. Management appears to be very helpful. I spend a lot of time there visiting with my wife, and I think that they do a pretty good job. I wasn't sure when we first moved my wife in there how they were going to do, but I've been pretty much pleased with their operation and what they're doing.

They seem to be pretty much on the ball in terms of managing the community. My mother seems to enjoy a lot of the activities that they have. The housekeeping is good, very good. I think the maintenance of the building and her apartment is pretty good as well. The staff teams are respectful and responsive, so I am satisfied.
