Harvest Home & Inwood Crossing

I moved my wife into Inwood Crossing because we found it online and so far it's been ok. If I ever have a question, management will explain it to me and if I need to know about something going on management will call me and I appreciate that. When we moved in I asked the maintenance guy for some help and that worked out well. The healthcare is fine, they're doing what they need to do.

I am very pleased with the room Mom has. It is private and has its own private bath. It is most definitly adequate for her needs. Mom really enjoys the physical activities they offer here like bowling. I am overall pleased with the services they they offer here and feel they do a really good job. I especially like they wear name tags so I know who is who.

It's a nice place. Mom's apartment is good sized, she has a lot of room to move. I'm happy with the size. If I ever ask management for something, it's all been good. I came there for Thanksgiving last year and had a little plate and it tasted good, so the food is good. Mom likes the taste. Maintenance redid her closet, everything was high and they lowered it so she could reach it. The caregivers are good overall. They know everybody and are polite and friendly. The Med Techs are on time with medications. She feels safe and comfortable and so do I. That's why she's there, she's safe, and she's getting the care she needs.

Everybody seems to be very caring and attentive. The decor is nice, they've made some changes and it's very warm and welcoming. The cooks and food seem to be very good, my mom always likes it. The area is clean, they're very attentive during meal time and they have nice table cloths and there always seems to be a nice variety of food. When we have concerns, the management staff seems willing and ready to address them. For the most part, everything seems good
