The Haven at Springwood

Management answered all my questions and when I left a message for them they responded as quickly as they could. They all seem friendly and personable. Everything looks very nice here and the caregivers have been very attentive to him. The staff are very responsive.

I'm really pleased with the place, and I'm very happy that I found it. It's a wonderful place. I like the nursing services. My sister told me that she went on a country ride, and that was great. I'm glad that she's getting out some. The maintenance team is great. He fixed her TV right away, so I was very pleased. I've been there several times, and the housekeeping is wonderful. It looks like a brand new place every time you go in. It just looks great. I think the activities are good. The dining room is beautiful, and I know they provide fruit and sutff. I think that's great. I think the people there are great. I even talked to some of the residents, and everybody seemed happy. My sister just moved in, but it all seems like it's working really well.

They are great. The care staff deserves medtals. They are wonderful. If I call them, they very willingly and obligingly give me the information that I feel I need. The maintenance team is amazing. They do such an excellent job. The housekeeper does a wonderful job. My mother in law absolutely loves the music programs. She loves the happy hour and she loves the birthday parties. The meals that I have had have been excellent. The service is in the dining area is also excellent. I find the management very easy to talk to. When I mention my mother in law's name, they seem to know exactly who I'm speaking about. They deserve every penny that they get.

I'm pretty happy. The care staff is very friendly. The maintenance team does everything that I need done. Everything has been perfect with the maintenance so far. The housekeeping seems to be fine. I'm happy with things thus far. A lot of the activities that I have seen are very nice. It seems to be spread out during theday so that they always have something to keep them busy if they want to be busy. The management team just made the process so eay. If I had a problem, they gave me a list of numbers ot call for every department. Everything just went very smoothly.

She has told everybody that she really likes it there and feels comfortable. Management are respectful and knowledgeable with the day to day. She seems to like the food, she tells me what she has all of the time and says it is really good. It is always clean. The building is good. It is very well kept. The calendar is very easy to follow and seems like there is a lot of activities.

I chose the community for my father because the staff knew people's names and the residents were more outgoing than other places, which was a great atmosphere to walk into. Any time I call to have him ready earlier, any time I've had to get in touch with them or to do a favor, the healthcare staff get right on the phone to talk with me. His apartment is always clean, clothes are changed week to week and the building looks excellent. Activities seem very nice and their person is good at engaging residents. I was there for a Veteran's pinning ceremony and I thought that was very nice. They have awesome food that is very balanced, tasteful and they even have desserts. The management is very involved, very personable, so caring, so respectful and just very, very communicative with the families. Overall, he feels safe and comfortable there.

Management is very responsive, very communicative, and excellent. We have brought up concerns to them, and they addressed them immediately. I feel very comfortable doing that. My mom is very adamant about not missing her meals here because she enjoys them. She gets to pick what she eats each day, and she enjoys that. My mom has more to do since she moved here than she ever had. They have a lot of different things and a lot of bus trips. She goes shopping with them and out to restaurants with them. She participates in almost everything that they do here. Housekeeping does her laundry every week. They fold it for her and put it away. They come in to vacuum and clean her bathroom every week. Her room and the community are always clean. Maintenance fixes everything, including the tiny things, within 24 hours. All you have to do is mention it to them. They take her to all of her appointments. They have a big cruiser car that they use to take her to her appointments. They wait for her and then bring her back. The caregivers come to her room and check on her. I have never gone in here when there weren't people going up and down the hallways to take care of things. I think the value is very good, and I truly believe that my mom has blossomed since moving here. The residents here are all active, which has made her more active. She is very pleased to be here. I don't think she has been in a place such a high value and safe environment before now. This is one of the nicest places, and mom is so happy here. I am very thankful for everything they have done for my mom.

They love their apartment. The management staff are great and very responsive. They like the food. They always say how good it is. Everybody is nice and very respectful. They have a wide variety of activities. The place is always clean, and everything is in working order. The nurses are great there. They are easy to talk to and call me if they have a question.

I am an attorney and represent elders in communities all over. Unbiasedly, I can say that this is one of the better communities that I have had to deal with. He loves this place and doesn't want to leave. That is a huge testament to me because he has been at other places before and hated them. The price is great here, and this community is just as good as places that cost $11,000 to $12,000. The management and staff here are great.

From what I have seen the menu looks pretty decent to me, the activities are well planned and her laundry is always taken care of very well. The building is well taken care of, especially the outside. Whenever there was a problem the caregivers took care of it. She is happy and I am happy so that is all that matters.
