Heritage Place of Fredericksburg

The cost is fine compared to the services she is receiving. We have had no problems with my aunt’s room. The staff has been excellent. They are attentive and caring. The food and staff in the dining room are excellent. Her room was clean upon move-in. The maintenance staff helped and it was excellent. They have taken care of everything that needed to be done. The facility is well-maintained. She has been very happy with the transportation and the caregivers are very respectful and attentive.

I just visited once and thought it was nice so thought I would try it for my brother. I think they do a good job there in terms of care services. I can't complain about maintenance, he took care of the television and everything went fine. I think management is real good too.

I chose this place because my sister was here previously and I was familiar with it. In the dining there are many choices available so I get whatever I want. I go to the dining room and the service is fine. There is something nearly every day if you want to participate. We went out on a ride this afternoon and I really enjoyed that.
I really like the maintenance man; he came in and hung my pictures. I just call him and he will do anything for me. The nurses and aides have been here when I needed them. There's a very nice bunch of women who work here. Everybody has been so nice to me."
