We've looked at other facilities, and we believe that this community works the best for us. Overall, they are doing a good job. The maintenance team is doing very well to keep up with everything. If you have an emergency, the team will come right away. There are activities for everyone. I believe the chef is trying very hard. The director is doing a really good job. We've looked at other places, and they are not as good.

The management team listens to us, the dining is great here, and there's a lot of activities to take advantage of.

Everyone here is very friendly and nice. Management is very easy to converse with about any complaints. It is the best you can get in this situation. There is something going all the time in activities. You can't possibly take part in all of them, and there is a variety of things. I think it is a pretty building, and it is decorated tastefully. The grounds are kept nice. The transportation service is excellent. They take you to your appointment and pick you back up. All we have to do is call. I am satisfied with the price. The whole management team is good.

Management is very helpful. The dining service is good. My mom's room is always clean and vacuumed. The caregivers are usually there within a few minutes when she calls them. She has gotten far better treatment here than at a higher skilled community. Maintenance has gotten right on any issues that we have had.

The maintenance staff is active all the time and if I have a problem in the apartment, they come pretty quick. The apartment cleaning is great and my housekeeper comes once a week. They have fitness every morning, which is important to me and keeps me happy. There is a variety on the dining menu and the service is good. They bring plates to you quick and they balance several tables well. The management staff is respectful, knowledgeable, accessible, and responsive. Overall, I am happy with the value I receive at the community, I feel safe and comfortable.

When I was first looking, I felt like this was the best deal for the money I had to spend. Our transportation service is good, and the driver does well with time. My housekeeping is done once a week, and my housekeeper does an exceptional job. The activities are reasonable for the residents we have here, and we can go out on dinners. I think the food is very good. Management is accessibl and responsive, and I feel comfortable voicing my concerns. All in all, I feel safe and comfortable. I think it's a pretty good deal here.

My Mom loves it here. Management is approachable and the staff is incredible. They have really welcomed my mom. The dining is very good, the housekeeping is superb and the building is number one. She is very safe and has slept better in the last couple of weeks here than she did at her home.

Generally, maintenance has responded when I hae needed them. I've been happy with the cleaning. My cleaning is done once a week. I have participated in some of the activities, and they're entertaining. I've enjoyed them. I have been pleased with the meals that have been served, and the dining service is generally pretty good. There is someone at the desk at all times. Everyone has been quite responsive at getting things done. The services that are provided are just what I need.
