Hickory Park

I have a lot of peace of mind knowing she is somewhere that if she needs assistance there is someone to help her. You can't put a value on that. The Director is very caring and does everything in her power. The building is nice. It looks new. It looks bright, clean and pleasant. Mom has always had good things to say about how kind and gentle people are.

I have not had any problems with the nursing staff, and as far as the other caregivers, whenever we've had to do something, they've been willing to work with us. I haven't heard any problems with the transportation services, and in terms of the maintenance of the building, I think it looks very nice. I really like when there are holidays with the decorations. Everything looks clean all the time, and I've never heard my father in law complain about housekeeping. I've never had any problems with management either, and any time I need something, they're always there to answer my questions. The accommodations are very nice. He's being well cared for. It's a good place, and my father in law is very comfortable there.

My mom is very happy there and she is glad that we picked Hickory Park. The management has been very accommodating, and every time I call, they call me back and are very helpful. They understand what I am talking about and help resolve whatever problem I have. Every time I go to visit, my mom's apartment seems to be clean, so I think they are doing a good job with that. We have brought up Hickory Park several times to people that are looking for a place for their parents or themselves.

Management is very good and efficient at running the place. The housekeeping is very good. Overall, I am happy.They have some activities that I enjoy. We have two good cooks that provide good meals.

They have a great leader, she listens to everything and everyone. The housekeeping is great and they do a great job with maintenance. I feel like the response to a work order is almost immediate. The care is very good and it is a very nice facility.

Management seems very good. They have been very helpful. Both the sales person, Susan, and the manager, Noelle, have been helpful. The food looks really good to me. The cleaners who come in once a week they do a thorough, excellent job. The maintenance man is superb. He is there almost immediately taking care of anything I have askd him to do. He is very efficient. The care givers have all been very nice and helpful. Dr. Kim came once to do the initial visit and was really nice. My mom really liked the doctor. The aides have been very nice and very helpful to her as well. It looks like there is a good variety of activities.

Management at the community is accessible and friendly. Their healthcare staff is good and very caring. Housekeeping does a good job, and maintenance keeps up the building well. The activities seem well planned, and they offer a lot of them for the residents. The accommodations are fine. I haven't heard complaints about the dining service.

The laundry staff are always constantly doing her laundry early for her. I really appreciate how much they do for her with that. I have never had a problem with the maintenance staff. I will go to the desk, and they send maintenance almost immediately. It seems to be a very decent building. I don't see anything wrong with it. I don't have any issues with the building. The care givers are very, very nice to her. I have talked to many of them, and they are very good about giving me information and things that we can help her with. I appreciate all the efforts that they give us.

My dad seems really happy. From my persepctive, the building looks nice and maintained. He's happy with the housekeeping services. He has no complaints. He is really happy with the food. I know there's been a couple times where he's had appointments or family events, and they've set aside food for him. He really appreciates that level of service. He says there are some things on the menu that he really likes. I would be very likely to recommend it.

We chose the community because it is reasonably priced So far, I think the value is very good. My mother has enough space in the apartment, the healthcare staff is doing a wonderful job, and the housekeeping is good. Maintenance came around to hang things, and the building is in satisactory condition. She hasn't said anything negative about the dining service. She has attended their happy hour activity on Fridays. Management is absolutely accessible and doing a great job. Overall, I am very happy with the community.
