My mom loves it. The staff is very attentive and good. They call the residents by their first names and know their habits. Housekeeping has been good. They have been doing well with maintenance as well. I think for the most part the caregivers are very good.

In this area it is probably the best value. So far I've been very happy with the response we've been getting from management before and after my parents moved in. My parents are very happy with the meals. On one of the first days we were there we asked maintenance to come up and attach a grab bar by the toilet and they took care of that right away. The care staff is generally prompt. We have been pleased.

The place is well run, it's quiet and they see to our comfort. They treat us as guests very well. The transportation services are always on time and it's well planned. They keep the place clean and follow instructions. The housekeepers do it very well. The community does activities that are well-planned and executed, they make us comfortable. They make you welcome and comfortable and it's quiet. The staff here seeks to comfort.

I'm truly amazed at all of the things they do for the residents. I have been there when they're cleaning and collecting the laundry. I know they pay attention to detail about objects and are careful about cleaning around things. I was there for an hour and a half when a woman was cleaning and she was very professional. I know they've had some groups there; there was an excellent pianist and vocalist when I was there before. My client seems to be very happy with the food and it certainly looks appetizing. I've always heard good things from a number of residents there.

It is a pretty good value for what is given and the location overall is what I continue to market to others. Any issues or concerns get addressed. They do a lot with their entertainment, my mom loves the music. From what I have attended, it is very enjoyable and a lot of people are interacting and seem to be enjoying them as well. I think housekeeping does a fantastic job. Overall, they do a very nice job and are caring with my mom. I advocate for Island Shores quite often.

The food is so good! We are able to eat with my in-laws if they call in ahead. We've done it a number of times and it has always been wonderful. The waitresses or waiters are always very kind, very courteous and right on top of what they have to do. That's been excellent. Management has done everything to make it an easy transition. Any help we needed, whenever we needed to talk to them, they worked on it right away. I've been very pleased with them. I know when they first showed up there were different people that came in to welcome them and the staff came in to introduce themselves. We've been very pleased with their stay.

It seems to be fair with others for the services she receives. I'm getting older and wouldn't mind moving in there myself. I feel very comfortable when I leave her there. My parents were there previously and now my friend and aunt are both there. My sister can't chew very well, but the chef has done an excellent job of cutting her food very fine for her. There is a good variety on the menu. I have been there for meals and they're excellent. They're very health conscience. The cleaning is excellent. They clean regularly. I have no complaints. I have questioned a few things through the years, but my sister is very happy.

I think everything is going well here. I'm quite satisfied with the food. It seems well balanced. Housekeeping and laundry are very good. Maintenance comes when you request a light bulb change or any work order, and they're pretty fast. I think the caregivers are doing all right.

The price is right in-line with other facilities and they take really good care of us. We're satisfied with the management team. They answer our questions. The wait staff is very good. I participate in different ones, the exercise program and some of the outside trips that they have. I enjoy those, getting out of the area. Housekeeping and laundry are good. The maintenance program is excellent. The facility is clean, it's nicely kept up. The healthcare services are very good. They really do a good job. The caregivers do it all. Overall they are very careful with who they hire.

We have lived here for almost five years now and management is always here for us in case we need them. The quality of food is very good. We are very satisfied with the housekeeping and for the most part, the building is in good shape.
