The med techs seem to be on top of it as far as getting his medication. Whenever we've used the transportation it's been fine. When we've put in requests to have things done it gets done within a reasonable amount of time. People participate in the activities, the waitresses there are great, and the food is good. I haven't had any complaints.

My mom is happy with the food and the activities offered. The housekeeping and maintenance are good. The care givers work very well. We are really happy with Kingston and I am really glad my mom is there. She loves it there and that is what counts.

They really do take care of his needs. Management is very reachable and helpful. He is participating in most everything in activities and he loves the outings. He is pleased with the hosuekeeping and maintenance departments. He likes the care staff.,he loves that they basically tuck him into bed every night.

Management responds. The food is good. There are activities almost every day if you want to do them. The community looks good. It is well maintained and clean. It doesn't smell like a old person's home, and the grounds are lovely. They plant flowers for each season, and they decorate for every holiday. The transportation has worked out well, and they take her places. The med techs do a really good job, and the staff get to know who the people are who come to visit. They greet me by name when I come in. My mom says she feels like a queen here.

It's one of the best communities I have been to and seen. They have kept the price fair. There is a new incontinence program they're doing, so I am happy. Transportation is available, and the driver is excellent. The maintenance staff is very helpful if you need something done and both the apartment and building maintenance are satisfactory. Housekeeping services come around in a timely manner. My mother is kept busy with activities, and they have the ability to ride share to the church. The food has been excellent, the service staff is great, and the menu variety is satisfactory. The management staff is respectful and accessible. All in all, management has done a good job with putting together a great team that works hard. Communication is key, and it's been outstanding.

We haven't had any problems. So far, the care has been good. For the money and what he gets, I think it is fine.

Overall I am just very impressed with the place. It looks like a nice hotel. I love the backyard it is nice and open and plenty of room. She has told me she is happy there and that the nurses even feel like family. I can't say anything bad about the place. If I have to put my mother anywhere I feel like she is in a place that is nice and people care about her, and it's well taken care of and she is safe and that is what I care about. I even asked them if I could move in!

My mom lives at Kingston Bay and I am satisfied with the accommodations she receives because she feels both, safe and comfortable at the community.

The maintenance staff have been good. It is a very pleasant place and it is clean.

We looked at five places and it was the best of the five. Shortly after moving in, my mom passed away. The food was been excellent. They always had hot tea available, the food is great, and it’s very nice. Whatever mom asked for they got it. If she wanted ice cream or a hot dog they got it for her. The managers who checked me in were easy, great, very kind, and very good people. They helped me out with the hospital and power of attorney, especially Jordan. Housekeeping seemed to do a very good job. Most of the care givers were great. It's a great community, it really is. While mom was in the hospital a couple came on their days off to visit her. It's a pretty good value, I like the way it was run, the community, the design of the building, the lighting, the space, and the staff is very friendly. I think it is very safe, and people were so nice and kind to her, I am sure she was comfortable.
