Kingston Bay Senior Living

We chose it because of the cleanliness and it was bright, it was in a good location right off the highway, and the price was good. I was very impressed, they have a restaurant, it's not like a cafeteria, there are always activities going on, and the people are very sweet, it's been great so far. The food is very good and I'm very impressed with the activities, there's always something going on whether it's painting or coloring. I'm very impressed with the security, I'm very happy that she's happy and very safe, she's not afraid so that feels good. I've never seen her look better, she's happy, she hasn't gotten sick, and it’s always very nice and clean. Randy has been very helpful and the residents are all very helpful with each other so I was very impressed with that, I think it's very reasonable for the price.

The care staff is really good, outstanding. They have a lot of activities going on. This week I've seen more activities that I've ever seen at any time. My mom really likes to work puzzles and the caregivers are really good about sitting with her one on one to do her puzzles. The staff is very accommodating and has been wonderful. It's a good value. This is one of the better communities in town.

It is very good for the money. I have no problems with that. It has been very affordable for my father-in-law.The dining department is very flexible in working with my father-in-laws special dietary needs. The activities offer him a lot of opportunities to participate even though he has some physical limitations on his own. I am pleased with the services he receives from management, houskeeping, and care as well.

I was working with Mary from Senior Care and Jared from Kingston Bay and they just jumped right in and started helping me out. We had looked at Kingston Bay before so we thought it was a great place, they were just so helpful and great. It was very reassuring that they would know exactly where my mother was, all in all the care she's getting, the one on one attention for the amount she's spending, I think it's definitely worth it. Mary was just fabulous; they were just wonderful working with me. They've been very compliant and touched base with me. The community is clean, it's beautiful, you could tell it was a new facility and that it was well taken care and there's somebody around all the time. This is definitely a place I feel comfortable having her in, I was very happy with the staff I worked with and how quickly they responded and they were very straightforward with her as far as the cost.

I think the food is wonderful. They provide excellent service. The activities are excellent for my mother-in-law. They have live music and games. Her room is always clean. The place seems really tidy all the time. We have had one or two repairs and they came and did them right away. The transportation is excellent. I know the car is in good condition. As for the care department, they are very responsive. We came in with some issues and they adjusted our fees and changed our plan to meet our needs. It's been great and I have already recommended it to two people.

The building is kept up very nice. I think my mother is being treated with respect and dignity. She says she feels safe and comfortable living at the community.

Everything has been good. He seems to really like it. I'd highly recommend it. Value-wise, you couldn't get anything better for the price, that's for sure. Management has been a big help and my father seems to enjoy the food. Everything has been good regarding his room's housekeeping. I think right now the caregivers are just helping remind him with his medications but they're really friendly. Everything has been good.

The facility is spotless and maintained very well My mother-in-law seems to be participating on a daily basis. I think the food is excellent but I guess if you had to eat it every day it would get tiring, but I like it. It seems like they have a great variety and everything. Despite the issues, we have been satisfied.
