I couldn't be happier and you couldn’t ask for the place to be any better. The care has been good. Maintenance is very efficient. I am very pleased with how the building looks, I go in and it's never messy. Her room is always neat and tidy. With activities, they've got her doing something all the time. Physical therapy, nails get done, hair gets done, bingo, and church on Sundays. She likes the staff, she's safe, she's happy, and that makes us happy.

We are incredibly happy. It is clean, well managed and everyone is willing to work on any concerns. The kitchen staff are great and my mother in law is happy with the meals. The laundry and maintenance is excellent and the transportation is excellent. She gets excellent care here and the nurses and aides are wonderful.

For what he has, for the size of his apartment, and for what they are offering, I think it is a good value. The staff have done a great job; they have been pretty responsive to questions. I haven't noticed any issues with anything.

It's been a very pleasant situation at the community and it's all because of the staff. They have a good attitude, personality and they're terrific because they make it feel like home, but are also very professional.I have been in 8 Assisted Living environments, 6 with my mother and 2 with myself, but this is the very first place that strongly encourages and offers activities to the point that you could be doing something all day long if you wanted to. The healthcare staff is better than anywhere I have been or my mother has been in because they're polite and very helpful. The food is spectacular and so much better than the last place I was in.

Compared to other places I think it is a great value for the services you get. My mom loves the food. She doesn't like to eat a lot but she does love going down to the dining room. It is good social time. I like that it is set up like a restaurant.

My sister really liked the place while she was there. All of the services have been satisfactory.

I researched it before I put her there. She had a very nice condo on the lake but she wanted to go. The cost was average for the whole state. It was a little more expensive but it was by far the nicest. The facility is close. It is only around the corner from me. She has more people around her. She turned 91 years old this year. She wanted to go because she didn't have a lot of people around her. In regards to the management, they are very good. They are very personable. They are very sympathetic and empathetic. They are a very good crew. They have plenty of activities. Maintenance has been very good. The building looks very well. It is a 20 plus year old building and they dong good at keeping it up. They are putting money into it. The care givers are very personable. They talk directly to you and not at you. They make sure she gets her her medication. It is a very nice facility and I think they are doing very well there. It is a very big asset to our community.

We had a good view of what we were in for when we went in. We felt it was the best place for her. We looked at so many assisted living places and they are the best in the area as far as what we got for what we paid. I felt it was reasonable. She didn't want to go but once she got through the settling in period she ended up loving it. Once we got through the bumpy period the management was wonderful. They worked with us. They listened to us. We had a really good working relationship with them. They had concern for my mother’s wellbeing. We were very impressed with the kitchen staff. I felt like they tried to give them a variety of options. When the regular girl came to clean the cleaning was done very well. The maintenance staff was very responsive. In general the building was kept in good repair. The driver was always a doll. She was super kind with my mom and made sure she got there on time. If she had another person to take care of she would let me know that she wouldn't be able to get back right on time. She was very good about it. Anytime my mom had a doctor’s appointment they would actually make the appointment for her so they could make sure it would fall into a spot that would work for transportation. It really made a coordinated effort. The vehicle is kept in good condition and it is clean and it is comfortable for her. They really worked hard to make my mom comfortable. I can't say enough good things about the medtech whose name is Tonya that worked with my mother. My mother truly loved Tonya. Every time they would see each other they would give each other a hug and a kiss and they would say "I love you". They went above and beyond just taking care of her physical needs. They were kind and helpful. Some of the hardest working people I have seen. They went out of their way to work with her that allowed her to stay there as long as possible.

We shopped around, and we thought it was the best value in the area for my mother-in-law. For the time she was there she was safe. She was only there for a little over a month and I understand the food was very good but I never at there. My wife said it was great, she ate there a couple of times. The activities were good. She really liked the bingo, it was her thing, she enjoyed that.
