Lakeshore Manor

My wife lives at the community and I think that management is doing a good job. Sometimes there are little problems, but most of the time it's going well. They're easy to contact, I go there every day and speak with them. There are usually activities going on as you come in and it's inviting when you come in. According to my caregivers, the staff there is doing a good job. In general, I think things are going well.

Services seem to be rendered well, the place is clean and the staff seems happy. The food always seems to be good. The food comes out warm, smells great and looks great. The staff is very attentive to the residents. They seem to provide enough activities. There's usually something for them every day. She's clean and happy. Her hair is brushed and clean. She looks well taken care of. They respond pretty quickly to her needs. She's been happy and healthy so the value is good.

It's expensive, but care is expensive, and I know that. For the care my mom is getting they deserve all the praise in the world. Deb, the new manager, is great, easy to access. The dining staff is doing a great job, she loves it. The caregivers are doing a great job. She's really happy with them.
