The Landing of Long Cove

They were very responsive. They responded to any of my questions. Joan really enjoyed what she participated in. It was as clean as they consistently said it would be. The building was very nice to walk into. It was a very nice atmosphere.

I think the value here is better than other communities. The management team tries their best to accommodate me. I think they're doing a fantastic job with activities, the ladies do their best to entertain us. Housekeeping is great and maintenance is doing s good job. The care givers seem on top of things. This community is the best thing going.

It seemed like they had a good variety of activities. The care givers always seemed willing to accommodate and they were nice and friendly.

The building is clean and well maintained, and my father's apartment is large and very nice. The move in process was perfect, and it seemed that the management bent over backwards to get any issues resolved. The nurses seem to be exceptional and the dining service is very accommodating. So far, we're pleased.

The management staff I have worked with are easy to get information from and the one who helped us with the move in was good at answering phone calls and called us back right away. Everything seemed to be going very well with the housekeeping and maintenance.

The Director here has been very helpful. She has always returned my phone calls and when I go to see her she is always available. From reading the list they send me concerning activities, I wish my life was that full of fun things to do. When I come in that front door the building is wonderful. It is a very nice community.

The management is very attentive to every concern that I have. In regards to the dining, it seems like the quality of the food is very good. Everything is kept very clean and the building and common areas are above average.

Everything with management is fine and all of the staff has been great. The common areas look really good and they're making improvements to the dining area. When the healthcare staff is concentrating on my mom, they're great. With the room cost, it seems to be in the middle to lower end, which is good, so she feels comfortable at the community.

Everybody I have met has been very helpful and they all seem to like working here. I think there are a ton of activities and the good looks like good quality. My mom had to go to an appointment and they were willing to take her even though they only go to appointments on Tuesdays and Thursdays. This is a really lovely place and is really nice.

Katie the general manager is wonderful. She adds such a youthful vibe there. She is always happy and upbeat. The dining room manager is nice too. The maintenance does a great job too and I really like the redecorating that they have done. Tracy the director of nursing is wonderful. I really like her. I feel they genuinely love my mother. All in all, it feels like a home. My mom feels very comfortable and she doesn’t feel like a visitor. She says it is like living in a luxury hotel.
