Legacy Oaks of Sacramento

I am grateful that my aunt is at the community. The management is accessible, professional and caring. They have a great capacity to communicate and they are always available. The care staff is also accessible and responsive. I was very impressed when I met Andrea Armstrong from the management team. She was a major factor in why I wanted my aunt placed here.

The manager is pretty good and has been patient with my parents. They have been responsive. They have a nice nurse. She seemed very focused on making sure I had all that was needed . When I have been up there, I have found the Activities Director to be vivacious and fun.

The management helped us through the paperwork and everything else. She looks like she is happy with food in dining. She especially loves the bingo in activities. They keep it really clean over there.

I am satisfied with the services and accommodations my mother receives at the community. The healthcare staff is easy to talk to, get information from and if I ask them any questions, they give me answers. The building is very well maintained, clean and organized, always. There are a lot of activities offered and everything is on a calendar, so you know when it's coming, how soon and how long it'll last. They bring in service dogs once a month and the facial expressions on the residents is absolutely incredible. Everyone from the Director to the front office to the secretary are all very friendly, accommodating if I have questions and just always there to help or support. Overall, the value is more than I expected. I never dreamt in a million years I'd put her in an Assisted Living, but it's been a great experience so far.

The nurses set a great culture for the other staff members to work under. They set a bar for the other staff members. Everything seemed tended to, and nothing was broken. For the memory care unit, the activities room was always in use. They hosted events that were appropriate for the residents. The manager was confident, connected to her group, and was very easy to talk to. It was a very good value. He loved his room and his recliner.

Andrea is wonderful. She is the lady in charge. My sister and I always had wonderful dealings with her. Mom would always comment that Emily had things set up for them in activities, and she would participate. They keep that place so clean. It is an older building, and there isn't a smell. They are really good, and I can't say enough about them. I thought the care staff were great. They were always friendly and kind to my mom. When I had a question or needed to talk to them, I could go and find them in the med room. They took excellent care of her.

Management is knowledgeable and very helpful. They made everything go smoothly. They answered my questions and made me feel comfortable. The menu has a good variety of things on it. Every time, I have been here my father's laundry has been gone and his room has been clean. The building looks very good. The transportation has been absolutely wonderful. The nurse is very knowledgeable and does her job up to code.

When my mother fell, they told the ambulance right away and called me. They keep up with the building appearance, and her apartment appears to be clean. The food seems to be nutritious. The price is comparable.

Housekeeping is fantastic. It's always clean and smells clean. For me, the people they have working in memory care is the best part about the place. When we've been there, the food and the staff has been excellent. Management has been nothing but helpful and kind.

Housekeeping is excellent and there is never an odor. The care is satisafactory and everyone is respectful of my mother. There are no issues with her room and they recently updated community furniture, which was nice. Overall, I like the value. It's something my family I can afford and it's clean, so I am very happy with her there.
