Locust Grove Personal Care & Memory Care

My parent seem to be satisfied with the management staff. I haven't heard anything positive or negative about them. From what I’m hearing the food is great. They have no issues at all and I think the service is good also.

The care staff is fabulous. They took care of everyone, but they interacted with my uncle exceptionally well. I can't say enough about the staff who has worked with him. The room was clean. I felt that housekeeping was pretty good. I would not complain. My uncle would eat all of the food. He had no complaints. The business office is great. I never had any issues. We really appreciated the staff that was there. They were helpful and very kind to him. They just made him feel at home. We were happy with him being there, and the price was very good.

Everything is perfect. The care staff is so accommodating. They're so compassionate. They know the care of each individual. The housekeeping is wonderful. She's so well pleased with everything. All of the activities directors are very competent and everything. The food is very nutritious. My cousin has said that everything is just so delectable. I get my lunches here, and everything is wonderful. The management team is so compassionate for everything the residents need. If there was any problems, everything was always worked out. I don't even call it a team, I call it a family. It's just beautiful. It's safe for her here. The staff and everybody is so wonderful here.

When we tell maintenance about something, they get in there and they get it fixed. The activities are good, and they offer a variety of different things. My mom seems to enjoy the food. Veronica, the front desk receptionist, is wonderful.

The staff have been caring and attentive and compassionate. They answer all my questions and if I have concerns, they take care of it. The activities people are amazing and the maintenance men are excellent.

My mother feels comfortable there and compared to other places, the value is reasonable. When you walk down the hall, everyone single person addresses her by name. The community is physically very clean and they keep things very neat. The dining service is very accommodating and friendly. Everything has been going well.

I'm happy with the way management manages the whole system. I have no complaints about the place. My wife likes the food and seems pleased. Housekeeping is excellent and the transportation people are very friendly, very helpful, I couldn't be more pleased. Maintenance takes care of things right away, you don't have to keep asking them for things and the building and grounds are spotless. I believe everyone is doing an excellent job, they have good hearts and they're helpful, that's what counts. I'm very pleased with the care my wife receives. She's been in 3 different places and this is by far the best place.

They keep them occupied doing different things in activities. They try to work with each one and keep them involved. I think the housekeeping is pretty good, they keep up with everything. I think things are being handled well.

I think that the value for the services is reasonable and I feel she is safe and comfortable here. My mother really enjoys the food and we have eaten with her ourselves and it is tasty. When I come to visit, her room is always neat and tidy and her bed is made.

The staff is really friendly and I like the way they interact with the residents. The building looks nice and they keep the landscaping well tended to.
