The Lynmoore at Lawnwood Assisted Living and Memory Care

I like the management, I like the knowledge of the health people, the staff and I really like the activities. I've been very happy there and I've recommended them within the past few weeks three times. The activities are wonderful. I don't have any complaints about Lynmoore.

My sister seems very happy, and very comfortable. She's made friends and gotten settled in quickly. I think it's a very high value. It's very good. They let her have a dog, which was super important, and now her dog has been adopted by everyone there. The management has been very helpful. I appreciate that they answer all my questions and look into whatever I ask. They're very responsive. Whenever I've called with questions, they've been very patient. I'm very pleased with the service they give me. They have really good food. The ladies we first met when she moved in were adorable and very friendly. They were having a wine tasting that day. The activities have been really good for her. The Activities Director has been very helpful getting my sister involved. I almost wish I could stay there too!

My father is very comfortable there. There are no complaints there. The staff is helpful to my dad. They do his laundry and that girl is very good. He hasn't lost anything. My father's toilet was clogged and the maintenance staff addressed it immediately. They help with his shower and make sure he doesn't fall. He's comfortable with them. I told him he would live forever there. I'm proud for visitors to come see him there.

Everything is fine, I'm perfectly happy with everything. Management has been easy to reach and responsive. They've always gotten back to us. Once in a while if I happen to be there mom goes to the cocktail Happy Hour. She likes to go get her nails done but won’t go unless someone goes with her. After one of the storms she had a ceiling leak, the maintenance staff moved her out and fixed it, they seemed to do it in a timely manner. We've been there a long time, we know everybody.

The extended license for care, the various levels of care offered, the cleanliness, the respectfulness of staff towards patients are all reasons why I chose the community for my father. It's a good value. The staff is doing a good job, and that's the most important thing. The sales person there was fantastic. We had quite a few questions for her, she was a great contact, followed up, followed through, she was sensational, top-notch, very caring, and very patient, very experienced in the business. The managers in Memory Care, the Health and Wellness person, he's a great guy, really focused on care for the patients. That's part of what really sold it. Activities are good. The nurses and aides seem very attentive.

We chose Lynmoore because we thought that they had high quality services for my mother. The management staff has knowledge and they have desire to help my mother. Every question between her arrivals there and now has been answered. We have gotten calls back very quickly when we have left voice mails for some kind of info that we have needed. The building is excellent. We are very satisfied with the caretakers. We met a couple of the nurses and Wayne who is a doctor. My girlfriend who is a nurse is very satisfied with Wayne's knowledge and what his medical plan is for her as far as her meds are concerned.

My husband lives at the community and I think he is reasonably comfortable there. Nobody's perfect, but I'm happy with the management staff. The caregivers do his medications. I'm satisfied with them, no problem there. I have no problem with maintenance, I've been very satisfied.

I would say I am happy with the value of with I'm getting. I know the whole facility is always clean, along with their room, and their clothes are always clean and folded up and put away. The employees and the workers are all great. He speaks very highly of the physical therapy service. He's pretty much happy with the dining. He thinks the service is very good, and the food is good.

I think it's okay in comparison with others because we've viewed some others. The in-house staff in Memory Care is very good. They seem to handle the maintenance pretty well. From what I have seen, they have a wide variety on the menu.

I would rate the Lynmoore high. All the residents are happy. They move about freely in the environment. My father is safe where he is. If something were up, my father would say so. The dining room is clean and nicely maintained. It's a nice and professional type service. Anne, from activities, just loves the residents. She's in church with them every Sunday. She has movies and football parties during the football season. When I've asked the maintenance to do something, they are amenable. The grounds are kept nice. The building is kept nice. The nursing staff is on point. I'm happy with the care there. The nurses are astute in reacting to my father. They call me whenever there's something up.
