They are very caring people at the community and do a great job. The new administration has been able to keep stable staff at the community, which has been wonderful! They have been doing a great job with the building maintenance and housekeeping. The activities department is getting very creative with the residents during this virus and has them participating in activities that allow them to keep their space. They are doing an excellent job! The management is also very caring and professional. They are good at staying in contact with the family and contacting us daily, especially during this pandemic.

The management is doing a really good job keeping people safe during the quarantine situation. The director has been texting us what the menu is every day and it looks good. There is a good variety on the menu and the service is very good in the dining area as well. The activities director sends an email out and lists what activities they have. They are still offering a nice selection and have gotten creative with what they can do now, during the quarantine. My mom doesn't do everything but I think they have a nice selection of activities and everyone seems to enjoy them.

I feel really good about the value I am receiving. The care staff and maintenance department responds promptly and the housekeeping and laundry is really good. I would recommend the community to anybody.

I just love the place and the care she is getting. I always see the care staff around and they're very approachable if we have questions. The maintenance staff is patient and the building looks satisfactory. Clothing is always nicely folded in the hamper and the room is always clean. I see lots of pictures on their Facebook page of activities going on, which is a really nice thing to have. I have had several meals and it's not your usual cafeteria food. It seems like they really put some heart into it to make it nutritious, well balanced and taste good. Management answers all of my questions and they have made me feel like she is in a great place. Overall, it's well worth the money.

There is always somebody available to help you out and answer questions. They either answer the phone or return phone calls. The food I see that mom gets looks and smells good. It is warm and well rounded. It is attractive when served. They just got a new activities director, and so far, everything has been positive. My mom has never been one to participate, but she is participating. She enjoys the games and the get togethers. They have a happy hour, and she really enjoys that. The place is clean and attractive. It always smells good in there. The dining room facilities are always cleaned up. It is just a real nice place. It is a hard job, and they are doing a good job at it.

My mother really hasn't complained about the food at all. I think she is getting enough of what she needs everyday because she is remaining healthy. They are offering activities for the residents to do so they can stay active. Housekeeping is keeping up with the laundry. Everything is clean, her bed is changed, and her apartment is cleaned once a week. The lady that takes care of maintenance has taken care of any problems that we have had. They take good care of the grounds. They have a lady administers all the medicine, which is wonderful. They do that promptly and twice a day. Overall, mom is happy there. I like how small the community is.

The transportation service is good. The apartment seems to be nice and clean all the time, and they do a good job with my mom's laundry. They have a lot of activities going on that she can participate in if she wants to. She just gets very good service for what she pays. The apartment is really nice. She just loves it, and it works out great for her.

The apartment is perfect for my mother and there are no problems with transportation. The housekeeping staff is kind, sweet and the maintenance people are wonderful. Everything is fine with the care services and their attentiveness is excellent, excellent, excellent. They have activities offered for the residents, like bingo, and the Activity Director is very thoughtful. I have had lunch there and I think the dining is great. The management team has been perfect. Everyone there is just absolutely wonderful., she feels safe and likes the food. All in all, she loves the community and couldn't be happier.

I think the activities are good, they keep them busy, and they seem to serve good meals here. Her room is always nice and clean and her laundry is always done on time. The care staff is always friendly and willing to help.

My mom is always busy when I call her. It is just music to my ears that they are keeping my mother busy. Anytime my mother has needed anything the care givers have been real gracious, pleasant, and nice. They always go that extra mile for our family.
