Mallard Landing

Management is very helpful, and they're really nice people. Housekeeping is excellent, and I think the activities are great.

I chose the community for my mother, and I am good with the value received. The healthcare staff is respectful and are in to check her. It's a very nice place. The room is very nice. It has been both repainted and recarpeted. She likes her housekeeper that comes in because she comes in, takes the bedding off, washes it, and puts it back on. Management is doing a great job. They're very helpful, so I love them all. She feels safe and comfortable. She is happy with the activities. All in all, things are good.

The staff is very personable, the apartment looks beautiful with new paint, and we're getting extra perks for a great price. She's very happy in the community!

My father-in-law loves the apartment. Housekeeping has always been good. They just overhauled the building, so it looks good. The management team is great, and I liked them. He loves activities, and he's done a lot. We like the place. I think it's good. Everybody was always smiling, even the residents.

We chose it because all the reviews seemed nice, people had nothing but good things to say about it and it was close to us. Any time you need to speak to management, they're right there or call back within minutes. The building looks in good working order and my mother's apartment is always clean. Laundry is folded, put away and her housekeeper is polite, so things are great. Dining servers are very courteous and they have a good variety of food. All in all, everything seems to be going good and we're happy with the decision.

The director seems to show compassion and care for all of the residents, and the healthcare staff is very considerate. In addition, the building looks to be clean and well-maintained, and there's a variety of activities to appeal to the interests of everyone.

We'd known about it when it was built and recently chose to move in and the care has been super-good. My husband and I agree the meals are good and the dining room service is super. Everything is kept up fine in and around the community. The value is very good because the care is good and the dining rooms, everything, is clean and they take care of us. Laundry gets done, the lady who does it is so sweet. I just don't have any complaints. You should hear the people who come in to visit us, they just love this place.

The staff is all good, they are responsive. The Executive Director has turned the ship around and smoothed out the bumps. The dining and laundry are wonderful. There are a several people that are really good at their jobs.

You cannot beat the personal care you get at the Mallard Landing, it is phenomenal. They are very responsive, if I have any concerns at all I can email and usually within 3 hours I have an answer back. Mallard Landing is one of the cleanest I have ever been at given the fact they are doing that and addressing that I feel it is good. It has been an absolute Godsend for us.

The management is awesome. I feel like they care and they keep up on dad. They have always been there for me and I can always go and talk to them. My dad doesn't miss a meal and hasn't complained about the housekeeping. Every time I have been there his apartment has been well cared for and the building and grounds look nice. I like this community and dad says he likes it here.
