They try to make you very comfortable. They have lovely people there. They are always friendly, helpful, have solutions for your problems, caring and have a sense of urgency about them. They have a lot of activities going on there. They have someone that comes in once a week and they clean for him and do the laundry I think the facility is terrific for what it is. I mean you aren't living in your own home, but it is like living in a hotel and it is beautiful.

This community is running pretty smoothly and the value is pretty good. I like the activities and they do a good job with that. I like the girl who cleans my apartment. She vacuums, dusts and cleans the bathroom. Maintenace comes right up to fix things if needed.

The management team has been really good, and they are very responsive and take care of everything. I like that there is a person at the reception desk 24/7. It is always nice to know that there is an individual there. If she came down in the middle of the night, it is nice to know someone would be there to help her. The food is really good, the dining service is excellent, and there is not a lack of activities here. Maintenance fixes things immediately, and they are taking good care of the building. The value is definitely there, and I think this is one of the nicest communities around. We are very happy with this community, and it has worked out very well for my mom.

I think the ladies at the front desk are wonderful, and they call me when there is something out of the ordinary. Every time I have needed something, it gets done. Maintenance was very responsive when my dad moved in. This is a wonderful place, and has been a godsend for him. I think this is a great place for him to be.

The transportation service is very good. They do their best to accommodate us. I think the maintenance team is very good. The building and grounds are magnificent. The housekeeping staff is wonderful and helpful. The activities are endless. There's a lot of variety, and there are more than enough activities. I think the dining is very good. The kitchen staff works very hard to please us. The service is very good. The mangement team tries their best. When we don't come up with good ideas, they do. I can't think of many things that they could add that would make it any better.

They've got a very happy resident. If you schedule an appointment in advance, the transportation will take you. They are always on time. For the most part, the maintenance team is on the spot with everything. They clean the apartments every other week, and thet are very efficient at cleaning. They have everything from Bible study to card games. They have started three different card game roups at night and throughout the week. They have trivia once a week, and that gets everybody involved. I think there's plenty to do here. I think the dining is excellent. They have enough options. The food is hot and tast, and the menu is placed on the counter so you know what's being served. The staff is charming and always happy. Every one of the management staff makes you feel like you're the only person that matters at any given moment. They know everyone by their first names.

Management has been excellent and they respond well. The food has been very good, and the dining service has been excellent. Housekeeping has been right on the button every time, and we have a beautiful apartment. I have been using the transportation constantly, and they have been doing a good job there. It has been perfect for my needs. The staff impressed me when we were looking at communities. When I had a question, they answered it well, and that is one of the main reasons we picked this community.

I feel safe and comfortable at the community. Management is accessible and responsive. Maintenance requests seem to get done when I want something done. The housekeeping is excellent, and the activities are very good. We have both outings and in-house activities. There is enough variety on the dining menu. I am satisfied with the accommodations. Overall, I think the value for what I am paying and receiving is OK, so I have recommended it many times. They're remodeling, and it's going to be beautiful.

Management makes every effort to see that we are well taken care of. There are so many activities to do that I don't have enough time to do everything that I want to do. If we want to do something different, all we have to do is gather a group and start it. Management helps us get that going. We have a large variety on the menu to choose from, and the food is very edible. Housekeeping does an excellent job, and if you need something done, maintenance is very quick to make that correction. They do an excellent job. The transportation is excellent. The value is adequate.

I have a gorgeous apartment with a view. I am happy with the value….Anyone would like a lower price, but I have no objection. I have a very nice apartment, and I think the value is good. Management is very direct and personally involved with almost all of the residents. They are accessible and responsive with me. I think on the whole the programs for the residents are pretty timely…...A resident can be as busy as they choose to be. The housekeeping I am very happy with….I feel they are consistent with service. I appreciate whatever anyone does and if they do it with a smile and are on time, that gets an A in my estimation.
