I highly recommend it and my mom highly recommends it. It's been a godsend. The transition has been smooth and everyone has been really nice. I'm happy. The place is immaculate. My mom loves the gardening and dancing. She is so happy. She says it's really nice. I'm very satisfied. With the changes going on, I was completely informed of everything, which was nice. I received phone calls. They communicated what was going on with the changes and I know who handles what, it was just very nice. I feel like I’m in the loop. That was all great, I brought up some issues and they jumped on everything.

The care staff is respectful and very loving to my mother-in-law which is wonderful. Maintenance is wonderful. They had an issue when she first moved in, and they took care of it. They made sure everybody was safe. There was a water leak, a main break, and they made sure nobody was walking near it. My mother-in-law is in the Memory unit, and they are very attentive to her needs. They know what she likes. They are very gentle and loving, and they care for her. And she likes the food. Management does a very efficient job. They have been very easy to contact and easy to deal with. I think it is a good value, and I feel like she is safe and cared for.

The nurses do a good job - they are on top of things. When I've had medical problems with my mom, the nursing staff was very attentive to her. In fact, the new nursing director, Devi, is terrific. She has a really good handle on the nursing needs for the residents and I think she does a great job keeping the nurses up to speed on what they should be doing for the residents. To me, she is running the nursing staff more professionally than they were before. The person who runs the maintenance department, is very much on top of things. I think that the building is run very well. Brad, the housekeeping director is great. He does a great job with what he has to do to keep the housekeeping staff on target with keeping the place clean. Compared to some other Assisted Living facilities, this is the cleanest. That is one of the reasons I decided to put my mother here in the first place. Brad and the whole housekeeping department keep on top of things very well.
