Management always has time for us and they're very good at giving us things we have to know.They keep us well-informed. We got ourselves a new chef not too long ago and he is doing a great job. We have food council meeting once a month and he's always asking us what we think, what we like, and what we think that they could do better. The laundry service is terrific, and housekeeping is very good too. We also have a great maintenance man. Before you can get your request out he's got it done practically. I'm very satisfied here. I don't have any problems. Everyone is very kind and helpful and I'm just very happy

I am satisfied with the accommodations at the community and I feel like the management treats my mother well. She is in good hands and that is all we can ask for. The healthcare staff is pretty attentive to everything and they're accessible. The maintenance man is like family and is so attentive to the needs of the residents. Her room is always clean and the laundry services are satisfactory. They have a good activity program and the outings are nice where they try to take the residents out. The dining is amazing with the very good and varied food. The management staff is respectful, knowledgeable and responsive. Overall, for the level of care and for our family, we have always felt that my mother gets the best care in the area.

Management is very friendly and I can go to them anytime I feel like I need to ask them something. The food is fine, there is a variety and the service is good. The activities are fine, the laundry service is good and the building is good. My mom uses her call button because she can't do anything by herself and they are pretty good about responding to that. I feel like the price is relatively reasonable and I am very happy with the care she gets. She feels very safe and comfortable here.

They were a great group of people. They were very attentive to my needs and their needs, so I can't say anything bad about them. Maintenance was through the roof. The gentleman named Edwin never stopped working. He was inside working, painting, and doing everything. Everyone in that building loved him. If I was not retired, I would hire him. He was that impressive. He is a great person, knew everyone by name and checked on them. His work was meticulous and he could do it all. Marabella was a sweetheart of a lady. She did an absolutely outstanding job of housekeeping. There is a young lady named Eevee who has been there for six months and she has been incredible. My parents enjoyed the bus trips they would take. I know the entertainment would come in. I could not participate in that but I never heard them complaining about. They enjoyed the Bingo and they had seasonal events when the families came in, like a barbeque in the summer. I

The management and staff are excellent. They are very caring with the people. It is a small facility, and I like that. They know everybody, and it is very nice there. Their houskeeper is great. Care services do very good. They manage her medication. They do a very good job. The maintenance man is very good. She just asks him for anything she needs, and he is right there. He takes pride in his work.

This place is really fantastic. When the staff does is phenomenal. It's a great place. I can't say enough good about it. The care staff is extremely conscientious. I know that mistakes are not going to be made. They are really good. The transportation service is very well handled there. They have a maintenance guy there who is absolutely awesome. It's a very small facility, and everybody knows everybody, and I really like that. I'm very pleased with all of the apartment cleaning. I'm so happy. They come in twice a week. I'm very pleased with the activities too. They do as much as they can to the get the residents out. I eat there as often as possible. The food is excellent. They really put their best foot forward. It's impressive. If a resident doesn't care for what's being offered at a certain meal, there's always another option. It's a very pleasant place to go and eat. Whenever I have a problem that I can't fix, the management team will help me fix it. They do it right away, and they do it cheerfully.The service that we're getting and the size of the facility makes it a real gem. This place is fabulous. There should be more places like it. It's a real model for taking care of people that cannot take care of themselves.

The community is appropriate, and I love the way the staff treats my mother. The healthcare staff is attentive to her and always responsive to me if I have any questions. When there is a maintenance need, it's always tended to and taken care of. They keep the community nice. The housekeeping services work on a regular schedule, and they do everything they're supposed to with both her room and her laundry. The activity staff are very nice and good with the folks. Their bus is a great asset for recreational purposes. She seems pretty satisfied with the food, and the dining area is nice. Overall, my mother is in a safe spot. She is very comfortable and happy in her apartment.

Everyone is very nice and knowledgeable, and professional. My mother has gained so much weight since she has been there. She loves the food! Maintenance is wonderful. They love him, nothing is too much. Transportation and outings have a nice variety. She asks the residents, 'where do you want to go', and it is not decided for them. That empowers them. Both housekeeping and laundry have a schedule, and they stick to that schedule. I have brought in three residents on my recommendations. These people are wonderful. They have helped me so much. I rely on them so much and they provide anything I need, especially guidance. They are phenomenal!

She never complains. As far as I know, I think she likes what she gets. The building is very nice. She likes it there. I'm happy with the apartment. The service is good. She never complains about the service. I would recommend it.

This community is reasonably priced compared to other communities. The management here is very good, and the place is well run and clean. Anytime I have questions, the caregivers answer them. My mother likes the food and is very happy with it. The servers are quick at serving, and if the residents don't want to eat what was prepared, there is always another option. They are always doing an activity here. My mother is happy that she is here, and she feels safe and comfortable. Her apartment is perfect for her.
