Meridian at Bella Mar

My wife can be difficult, but the healthcare staff takes care of her. The room is kept clean. They keep the place clean. They vacuum several times per day. I also see the maintenance men working outside on the awnings. Many of the people there just sit and sleep. But as far as the actual activities are concerned they're pretty good. Karen has all kinds of ideas and plans for presentations. I think given the circumstances she's being taken care of as well as possible. I feel that I'm getting a sufficient value.

The staff team tries to get the residents out of their room and into the fresh air. They are outdoors most of the time. I think that is very healthy. She definitely feels comfortable and safe. It is very lovely and very healthy there. They seem to go out of their way to make sure Mother has everything she needs. They tell me when she needs anything. Vladmir takes an active role with the residents and families. There is good supervision over the sub-departments. It is very helpful. I am very happy that they are so nice to her. They seem very well trained. They maximize the benefits to the residents. They walk them around which is terrific help to them. I have been very pleased with having her there.
