One thing I can say, I've been here for eight years. I've enjoyed it and wouldn't move anywhere else. The activities are nice, and they even offer different things now and then. Maintenance gets everything done, and housekeeping is consistent. Management is responsive. Overall, it's a very fair value.
I simply can't say anything other than it was a wonderful place to live. There was always something to do. The food was good. Everyday I wish I was back there.
I haven't had any disappointments or problems. I am happy and have been pleased with everything offered here. If I am not there for meals someone from the reception desk will call and check on me. I think that is very nice. There looks like there is a lot of activities that I could do if I had time and wanted to.
The dining is very, very nice and the servers are very polite. Also, the mainteance staff is doing an excellent job. When needed, the transportation is very good.
"I have been blown away by the services that are provided. Her apartment is just fine, it is adequate and what we discussed for her needs. The food is really good. Raul, the chef, is amazing.
They seem to go out of their way to help you. Everybody is nice, they will speak to you, and if you go to the desk they will help you. I like the people and like that I don't have to cook a meal if I don't feel like it. They have taken care of most everything that I've needed.
I am pretty content with what activities they have. The management, cleaning and transportation are pretty good.
The nurse here is very helpful and seems to understand very well what I need and want. It's wonderful care.
It is clean, friendly and comfortable. They jump on things if you have a question. They will get back with you when needed. They are doing what they are supposed to do for them at this stage in life. I am very pleased overall with the people I have met and the experience.
I love my apartment and if I have any problems maintenance comes right up to take care of it. There is always a choice for food and the service in the dining room is very good. The activities are good and I am pleased with the housekeeping.
