Mission Creek

My mother moved into this community in March of 2017. The value is outstanding. The management has been nothing but good. My mother has a little trouble chewing but the staff in the dining room bend over backwards for her. Ed, the maintenance man and his crew do a wonderful job. The building is well taken care of. The care is going very well. She is thrilled with the therapy she is getting. It is helping her with the sore muscles she has been having. We are very pleased. This community is an answer to our prayers. Keep up the good work.

I think the staff is very caring, very attentive, very kind and very respectful of the the patients. I feel comforatble with her there and it is good. I think the activities are very good and they keep the patients quite active. The value is good for the services.

Every time I've been there it's clean. Her bathroom, her room, the facilites are all clean. My mom is 97 and she needs soft food. That's what they do, they came to me and asked if they get her finger foods because she quit using untensils. They are right there. They call me and let me know what she's eating. They let me know if she's not eating so I can bring in Ensure for her. I'm happy with that department. I love that they do bingo, arts and music. They have people come in to entertain them and that has been great. When something happens the management staff call me immediately. I am very pleased with the whole community and management. They work closely with me and my mom and I couldn't be happier.

Terry Lynn, the marketing rep is just amazing. The feeling you get there that everyone is valued. She introduced my mom to everyone, all of the workers, there is just a great level of respect there. Ed is the maintenance person and he's just fabulous. I've seen the calendar and it's chaulk full of stuff. I just felt at home there right away. The management makes you feel really good and I see them all on a daily basis and they greet you and are very friendly. I haven't seen anything so far that is in need of improvement.

I would recommend it, it's a nice place. They seem to take care of everybody pretty good. They have get-togethers for them, it's been entertaining. They had karaoke the other day and my dad seems to enjoy that. He's very comfortable there and he likes it. Both housekeeping and maintenance do a pretty good job too. I haven't had any problems there with anybody and my dad seems to be happy there.

I am currently satisfied with the price for the services and accommodations offered. They're good with all their activities. I think the care staff is very responsive to my mother’s everyday needs. Maintenance has always been good. When she did need anything they were always responsive. It's been a good experience.

The dining room staff seems to be very nice to all of the residents. They seem to be very patient and they always have a smile. They are very pleasant. It seems that the residents are interested in the activities they're doing. I know my mother enjoys her exercises. I think the maintenance is pretty good. Everything looks like it is well kept. The gentleman who runs the maintenance there was real sweet in fixing my mom's wheelchair. My mother had surgery on her feet so she was very demanding and in a lot of pain. The nurses were all very pleasant to her. It has been a good experience.

I have been satisfied with the price for the services she receives. Housekeeping seems fine. Anytime she needs something, the maintenance staff takes care of her needs. The building looks good and the dining service is always good.

My mother has made a lot of friends and has a sense of community there. She has people who care about her there. Angela is wonderful. She is in charge of the memory side. The kitchen staff is all very friendly and call my mother by name. Tony took a napkin and wiped some of the ladies mouths. He is very nice, calls the residents by name and has a personal touch. The activities have surpassed my expectations. They are absolutely phenomenal. Chelsea is amazing. She comes up with wonderful and creative activities. They keep it very clean and there are no smells when you come in. Ed is phenomenal. He has fixed various things in her room. He is very responsive and receptive. He calls my mom by name and knows our family by name. Molene is amazing with my mother. She has her in a nice routine for bedtime. She is able to get my mom to bed. Jeanette is wonderful too. It's great and I actually recommended it to a friend this morning.

The management staff is very responsive and knowledgeable. They are always available. Anytime I need something, I do not hesitate to talk to them. My brother has left his cell phone in his pocket, and the laundry people are always very careful to check for it and they return it when they find it. That is above and beyond what they are supposed to do. They keep his room clean too and maintenance came in to fix his reclining chair. That was not something they had to do because it is his personal chair. That was great. He needs to be transferred at least four times a day and the caretakers do it very well.
