The MonteVista at Coronado

I moved here because it seemed high quality maintenance, everything was very well kept and the food seemed good. The activities seem good; I haven't gotten around to them yet. Everything else has been good too, such as housekeeping and maintenance.

I took my aunt on a tour and she felt very welcome so that was the biggest thing. Maintenance has been very helpful; whenever we've called they've taken care of whatever we've needed. It seems to be pretty clean. They seem to take really good care of the grounds, everything looks good. I think my aunt has been very pleased with the activities, she's enjoyed having a variety and I think that's worked out well. I think the dining has been a positive; she's really enjoyed it so overall I think that's been pretty good.

They're very friendly people, I am very happy. They've been very helpful. Everything is really nice. I am amazed. This place is second to none. I am very happy that I picked this particular place, everything and everyone in it has just been really good and nice. I'm very, very happy. All my family and friends that have come to see me love it. There is nothing in this entire place I do not approve of, everything is just wonderful.

The price is okay. I have no safety concerns. They are working with me on the food. They are very friendly. The activities are very nice. I like them. I like that they are teaching me the ones that I do not know. They have a schedule of all the events. The housekeeping is very good. The lady who helps me is great. The maintenance men installed a TV and helped me get the right channels working. They were very helpful and patient. I would definitely recommend it.

I was living at a similar community in Fort Worth which I was very happy with but I have family here. I had them look around for a place for me and they found this community. I've been very happy here. Housekeeping is very good. If I ask for anything extra, they will come in and do it. They're very accommodating and very nice. I’m happy with the food, I like the diet and they're always nice if you want to take something home. I'm very, very happy with the dining service. I've had no problems.

My son lives here, and he selected it for me. The servers are very polite and very quick to serve you. The food is very good. I do my own laundry, but if I have an extra blanket or something my housekeeper is very helpful in doing it for me. They told me what all is going on for activities; I just haven't gotten into doing it yet. I'm fine with the cost and everything.
