Morningside of Alpharetta

One of the things I liked is that it's smaller than a lot of the communities out there, size was a big reason as well as the friendliness of the staff, and the location. Their maintenance person is awesome, they've gone out of their way to try and help as far as anything that she needs in that department. Management is very good and the healthcare staff are all doing great. We've been very pleased with Morningside so far and I've spoken to other people whose family members are there and they also felt the same way.

This is just a perfect value for what she wants and needs. The health services director and all of the staff has all been fantastic. There has been a time or two where they have brought her food to her room; mom loves food and it seems to be pretty diverse and doesn't repeat week after week. They do a good job with cleaning her room and work hard to keep things kept up and smelling nice.

My mom was in another facility. I had toured Morningside in the beginning and ended up going with another place. She was unhappy at that location. I had heard good things about the staff at Morningside, so I came back for another tour with mom and ended up staying five hours. Mom really liked it. They are good about making sure she has what she needs to be comfortable. I have eaten there once and my meal was very good. I have been there and fed my mom and she says it is good. Her clothes seem clean. Her room appears well kept. The facility is nice and the building always looks clean. I have been very happy. Everyone has been great. Mom has her smile back since she has been here.

This community was chosen for my wife because we were really pleased with the setup at this community and my wife is happy about living there. I feel like she is in the best place for her condition. I am sleeping a lot better at night knowing she is where she belongs. It is the best place for her because of her situation. I don't have a problem with the cost when I see what she is getting. Management is very organized and their goal is to take good care of my wife. That is very important to me. They have a real positive attitude. Sam, the director, and Robin, his assistance, do good work. So does Chris, who is in charge of signing people up. Chris is a traveling worker. She goes where they need help. As far as I am aware she is eating all her meals and is enjoying it which is good. The staff brings her over to assisted living for things. They went on a field trip and my wife and two other ladies in memory care were able to go with them. My wife loved that. The staff is doing things and she is participating. The activities are good for my wife. My daughter calls the community almost every day and has gotten to know a lot of the staff there. She gets a daily report and all we have heard is good news regarding her care. If it keeps going like it is going right now, I will be a happy camper. As long as my wife is happy, I will be happy.

I chose Morningside myself for my brother and I liked the looks of it. I am very well satisfied. All the ladies that I talked to do an excellent job looking at my brother and helping me get started here. I ate lunch with my brother one day and the food was pretty good. I do know they have an exercise room and a library and all other things to go with it. Overall, everything is just fine.

Morningside of Alpharetta was cheaper than other communities in the city, but the staff was what made it for us. From management to healthcare, they're very concerned and attentive, just real nice people so they're wonderful. My wife enjoys the dining, the activities are excellent and nothing needs fixing that I am aware of, so I am satisfied with the services and accommodations provided.

Overall, I love the staff there. I think they really and truly love the age group and they have a heart for them. They want them to be peaceful, joyful and live well. I really, really appreciated the care that they give. The staff daily told my father he was wonderful and would him hugs. All the activities they have are all wonderful. The healthcare staff is absolutely fabulous. They're so sweet, so nice and so caring, all of them. I felt it was a wonderful experience, I really did.

I chose this community for my mom for the location and the price. It is very comparable in the market. Management is responsive, and I don't have any complaints about them. The dining room staff delivers room service to her. They are very accommodating, and they make sure she eats. The unit is clean and her laundry has been taken care of. The caregivers are very friendly and very persuasive. Everyone has been very accessible and responsive when needed.
