Management has been accommodating and personable with not only my mother, but me too. They have been making us feel welcome. The workers that serve the food are extremely nice and very professional. They have a wonderful newsletter for the month. They profile a resident or something interesting about the staff and I think that is so important for engagement between the residents, staff and family. Housekeeping is absolutely incredible. Everything seems to be in good repair and the bathroom is just gorgeous. She is absolutely crazy about the care staff; they're very friendly and respectful.
