Morningside of Evans

We've been very, very happy; I don't have any complaints at all. The management staff had a nice welcome package for her and anytime I've needed anything or talked to them, they have been very responsive. Housekeeping is very good; I've never seen my mom's room not clean. She says the food has been good. All in all, I think the value for everything is very good.

My mother-in-law is there already and it is right around the corner, so we decided to move my mom in. I think the activities at Morningside are head and shoulders above what they had at the other community. One time, she had a problem, so she pressed the button and three people came running. So the caregivers are very responsive. Kelly does a great job and so does the staff. The staff is very courteous and friendly.

I looked at so many facilities and just thought this one was smaller and more like a community my mother could adapt to, and the location was ideal. She has blossomed out at Morningside; my husband says she is becoming a social butterfly. I feel like this has been wonderful. They've been very good with making sure we know the routine and schedule. There is freedom for the residents to come and go but there are security features in place so we feel comfortable about that. Kelly has been phenomenal and she was wonderful helping us get everything set up and prepared. Dory and Wanda have been real good, very helpful to us. We have been very pleased so far.
