My brother, sister and I feel very comfortable having her there. The care my mom gets is good. They are great with her. I am happy with the care she is getting. The facility is maintained very well. My mom loves to dance and do crafts so when there are musical activities, she loves those. We are very happy. I can rest my head at night knowing she is safe.
We're very pleased with the daily care services. This is the first place he's been in like this. I think it's a well-kept place and he really likes it there. They’re doing pretty well with the laundry. Overall, I think it's a nice place.
It seems affordable for how well they take care of him. My dad is safe and very comfortable there. Things are running very well at this facility. They have made some nice changes with personnel and the facility. The housekeeping and maintenance is all very good. I am very satisfied with how they take care of my dad.
There is all kind of activities at the facility, but given her current mental state, there is not a whole lot that she can do. The dining has been good, my mother does have to have her food pureed and they have been good with that. The few times I have eaten there it has been appetizing. They have recently been doing some upgrades, so I have seen a lot of that. I rarely notice lights and stuff being out. They must pick up on them quickly because I rarely see that. It has been a good experience so far and I have recommended the community. My mom's sister is also at another Morningside community.
